When we went back to purchase it again since we liked the color, we were told that they no longer carried that particular paint. They said they could try to match it but couldn't guarantee it. That not being acceptable, I went to the local Sherwin Williams. The counter person was very helpful and was able to find the paint number in their computer, YAY! He was able to reproduce the color and we were back in business. Time to head home and start on the next item in my job jar. Thanks Sherwin Williams guy!

They said they cannot match contractor paint, even thought its their own paint and mixed by themselves. The store cannot match the paint mixed in bulk for contractors. I would assume a majority of paint would be from new houses where the owner is matching the color. I didn't expect to get a no from Sherwin about matching their own colors. Ridiculous.

I am a property manager and twice they have…read morefailed to show up to a tenants unit to install carpet with ridiculous excuses as to why they couldn't come. I can understand but they never even called to let me know to tell the tenant who spent 2 days preparing for them to come. I had to call them to find out why they never showed up, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am now looking for another flooring company. I would advise everyone to not use them for your carpet/flooring needs. There are so many other companies out there that are less expensive and offer great customer service. I am an extremely unhappy Ashley Furniture customer. I spent a significant amount of money…read morefurnishing an entire vacation home, including three bedrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, and a kitchen. Unfortunately, the quality of the furniture has been incredibly disappointing. After only three years--and with the furniture being used only in a vacation home--both of my couches sink all the way down when you sit on them. I was even told by someone at the store that they no longer make these couches the same way because the older ones were made without springs, and the newer versions now have springs. That alone tells me they knew there was a problem with the design. When I contacted the store manager, it took forever to get a response. They eventually sent out a technician, who admitted the couches could be repaired but also said the same problem would happen again because of the way they were manufactured. I contacted the manager again, waited another long time for a response, only to be told there was nothing they could do. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of concern for a loyal customer who spent thousands of dollars furnishing an entire house. They strongly encouraged me to purchase the extended warranty, yet when I needed help, it provided no meaningful solution. Ashley Furniture has lost my trust. Poor product quality, slow customer service, and no willingness to stand behind their products have left me feeling completely let down. I will not be purchasing from Ashley Furniture again, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience

Went here on Friday August 21st 2026 with my parents to finally order that couch that i was eyeing…read moresince like July! As of that date the Labor Day Sale was still going on. We did also look up online prices as we were there. After looking at the prices, we also looked at patio furniture which we would need next year. We then found the sales associate who greeted us in the front, and brought the pebble colored drew and jonathan chaise couch! Associate was pleasant! delivery was $60.00, and they brought it up the stairs as well. loving my new couch!
