When we went back to purchase it again since we liked the color, we were told that they no longer carried that particular paint. They said they could try to match it but couldn't guarantee it. That not being acceptable, I went to the local Sherwin Williams. The counter person was very helpful and was able to find the paint number in their computer, YAY! He was able to reproduce the color and we were back in business. Time to head home and start on the next item in my job jar. Thanks Sherwin Williams guy!

They said they cannot match contractor paint, even thought its their own paint and mixed by themselves. The store cannot match the paint mixed in bulk for contractors. I would assume a majority of paint would be from new houses where the owner is matching the color. I didn't expect to get a no from Sherwin about matching their own colors. Ridiculous.

At the door, connie greeted us and told us about the labor day sale going on. Although we don't have to worry about matresses right now, as we have them. We took the time to look around, and found the exact table at Ashley, and priced matched the price to the online price. Highly recommend researching online if you can for the best price, especially that Ashley can price match it if it is better priced online. Later on it did get busy, and Connie was helping other customers, so she sent Thomasina to help us, and she was very pleasant, and explained all the options available. We were able to price match the price. Thomasina also explained all the options which were delivery, threshold delivery- which involves assembly, or pickup that is $30.00 and they assemble it for you. We picked the pickup option with assembly that way it is together. Duly note that also Thomasina said that dining rooms can be really hard to put together, so we are glad to have that option of assembly available. We purchased the dinette with a credit card, and was also able to use a coupon from the Ashley site. After a successful purchase, we left the store happy, and would definitely continue using Ashley for our furniture needs!

I specifically asked for the hybrid version, yet somehow a single word difference resulted in me receiving an entirely different mattress. I called the same day it was delivered to report the mistake, expecting it to be corrected. Instead, I was told I had to keep the wrong mattress for 30 days, then I was charged a $590 restocking fee for an error that was not mine. To make it even worse, I was required to drive all the way to Myrtle Beach just to pick up a plastic mattress bag so they could haul away the mattress they delivered incorrectly in the first place. If their sales representatives had simply listened to what I asked for, none of this would have happened. That wasn't the end of it. My ottoman arrived with a rip in the side. When they replaced it, they sent me another one with the exact same rip. The delivery drivers also showed up at 7:30 AM, two hours before the scheduled delivery window, with zero notice. No one took responsibility. No one offered real help. I was bounced around, blamed, and charged for their mistakes. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and I will never do business with Ashley Furniture again. I would strongly recommend anyone considering them to think twice.
