When we went back to purchase it again since we liked the color, we were told that they no longer carried that particular paint. They said they could try to match it but couldn't guarantee it. That not being acceptable, I went to the local Sherwin Williams. The counter person was very helpful and was able to find the paint number in their computer, YAY! He was able to reproduce the color and we were back in business. Time to head home and start on the next item in my job jar. Thanks Sherwin Williams guy!

They said they cannot match contractor paint, even thought its their own paint and mixed by themselves. The store cannot match the paint mixed in bulk for contractors. I would assume a majority of paint would be from new houses where the owner is matching the color. I didn't expect to get a no from Sherwin about matching their own colors. Ridiculous.

We ordered our couch, chair and a half and a Tempurpedic mattress on March 14, 2026. We got them all delivered on May 13th. Within two months of using the sofa we noticed the seat cushions were going completely flat and not retaining any shape or firmness. I tried flipping the cushions weekly, but that didn't seem to help. We stopped by the store and were told to reach out to the customer service number provided by them. I did call and was told to take pictures and send back to them with the provided email. Once they reviewed the pictures they would get back to us. We did receive a call the following day and was informed that the manufacturers warranty does not cover the cushions. But if we wanted they could order replacements at a discounted cost of $192 if we were willing to pay for them??? I asked if they use totally different cushions on their display furniture because there is no way it could be the same? She said I have no idea since I don't work in the store, I'm just customer service. I told her we have spent several thousand dollars over the years with Ashley and that this would be the last time. We will not waste any more money for such poor quality furniture that the manufacturer does not back within a few months of delivery.
