We also met with others who had used pool plus to install their pools. The installation was more difficult than anticipated because of a very high water table on our property. Pools Plus took the extra effort to overcome that issue. We have enjoyed our pool over the last 3 years and routinely receive compliments. Recently, one section of the concrete coping developed a large crack and some of the wall tiles below the crack fell off and needed to be replaced. Pools Plus evaluated the problem and fixed the issues over the next 3 weeks. The best part is that they took responsibility for the issue and charged nothing for the repair. (704) 363-0500 But for some crazy reason you still decided to go with pools plus ,here is what ya need to know . 1- You cant be a timid or shy person ,They would do whatever they want. 2-If ya have other obligations ,ya'd need to put it aside and dedicate ur full attention to this project ,by watching everything they do in ur house . 3-Ya need to make sure all ur communication , goes directly with Owner since day one , not salesperson not the office ppl not anyone.Get his cell's # and don't lose it. The office people are freaking thugs they'd argue ,scream at you and hang up on you... 4- When ya sign the contract ,do not agree to arbitration only, ya can not forfeit ur right to sue ,cant stress this enough,They'd Freaking damage your house Call their bluff and walk away . If they do quality work ,then they'd have nothing to worry about . 5- Make sure they'd rent a porter potty and pads for ur lawn ,ya have to include these 2 items in the contract. because they will destroy your lawn and they will use your backyard as a bathroom 6-Make sure ya get a a written timeline for the entire project,detailing and dating every stage of the install,OtherwiseYour project could take months 7-Mark all sprinklers, and run them right before they start ,and right after the finish,make them aware of that Also. If you don't ,they'll just run your sprinkles over And won't even tell you about it ,they'd just Bury it. 8-I think everyone who's laying a pool should do this,regardless of what company ya may hire,since this is an expensive project and non of us know about pools,protect ur investment ,by hiring a second pool company to double check the work quality .this may cost ya few hundreds but it's well worth it. 9- make sure that ya know your pool's manufacturer contact info, The same goes for Better Business Bureau,and don't hesitate to call them if ya suspect poor quality work. 10-carefully read all reviews and listen to ur instinct and heart .and remember ya get what ya paid for. 11 .Make sure your sales person it's not Kimberly ,she knows nothing about pools. We need to stop these gangsters from Abusing and scamming other citizens ,even run them out of business,If possible . When purchasing something from an online Marketplace, many things can make you very anxious. We…read morepurchased a used hot tub from James from Facebook Marketplace. He was excellent to deal with. Clear communication from the beginning. He delivered and set up the hot tub with what seemed to be ease. It was a couple of weeks before we connected to electrical to make sure everything was working as this is a used hot tub. Of course something didn't work, so I message James and right away he was on it. He showed up the next day and found the bad part. What was extremely surprising to me was James offered to make right and repair or rebuild the part. We opted for a new part and he sold to us at cost and made the repairs. I highly recommend that if you are in need of hot tub repairs or in the market for one, reach out to James and at least give him a chance to show you that he can be trustworthy. While not connected to the 485 bus and control panel, its a blue tooth controlled model via a phone app and is 10db quieter. Impressive. You would be hard pressed to find a better price, product, or customer service. They never tried to sell me anything or suggest anything. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the products inner workings and setup. I did use the factory customer support line once to learn how to operate the message jets as one was beyond hand tight... with a single phone call. Delighted here. Health is my No.1 value. While I may never have a place on the water, I just might not need to anymore.

Fantastic customer service!…read more Lux install my pool 2yrs ago and did a great job. As a 1st time pool owner I've had some problems, mostly operator error. The team from Lux, from receptionist (Janet) to owner (Billy), they have been quick and professional in addressing the issue. No judging just addressing the issue. I was having a concern insuring that the filter "freeze protection" was com ing on. Rich came out and found the system was operating correctly. He then checked the hardware and found there was a sensor that could be better positioned. instead of putting in a work order to have it moved he went and got a replacement part and had everything resolved within an hour.
