I contacted Covana to get warranty claim rolling. You never reached out to me unless Covana contacted you first. When I talked to Covana on 5/28 they said you already knew it was being warrantied. You couldn't take an hour out of your day to look at it and say you would try to fix it.

While not connected to the 485 bus and control panel, its a blue tooth controlled model via a phone app and is 10db quieter. Impressive. You would be hard pressed to find a better price, product, or customer service. They never tried to sell me anything or suggest anything. Not pushy. Very knowledgeable about the products inner workings and setup. I did use the factory customer support line once to learn how to operate the message jets as one was beyond hand tight... with a single phone call. Delighted here. Health is my No.1 value. While I may never have a place on the water, I just might not need to anymore.

What interested us about their spas was that the shell was a shaped single unit seamless PVC tub. They then install all the hosing, pumps and heater then foam insulation is blown in. This makes the tub light, well insulated and easy to maintain. Ours is listed as a six person tub but it is much more comfortable with four persons. SCM relaxation is a distributor for this tub, they are made in Florida and shipped up. They are made per order so there is about a two to three week wait till delivery. We had an issue with our tub after using it, the controls were not performing as ordered. We contacted customer service and found that we were shipped the wrong tub from manufacturer. We ordered one with dual speed motor, 120V with 240V hookup capability, waterfall, LED lights and UV light disinfection. They immediately began to rectify the problem and began production of my new tub. They were very sorry about the mistake and followed up with a special delivery of the tub. They called us with the delivery date, so we only had one day of down time between tubs. They swapped out the tubs, provided additional chemical maintenance kit and extra filter. The tub is awesome and the customer service is excellent. Our friends bought their tub at the same time we did, they did receive the right tub! They are very happy as well and we all reccomend using SCM Relaxation Spas.

We also met with others who had used pool plus to install their pools. The installation was more difficult than anticipated because of a very high water table on our property. Pools Plus took the extra effort to overcome that issue. We have enjoyed our pool over the last 3 years and routinely receive compliments. Recently, one section of the concrete coping developed a large crack and some of the wall tiles below the crack fell off and needed to be replaced. Pools Plus evaluated the problem and fixed the issues over the next 3 weeks. The best part is that they took responsibility for the issue and charged nothing for the repair. Hard to find that kind of service today.

The team from Lux, from receptionist (Janet) to owner (Billy), they have been quick and professional in addressing the issue. No judging just addressing the issue. I was having a concern insuring that the filter "freeze protection" was com ing on. Rich came out and found the system was operating correctly. He then checked the hardware and found there was a sensor that could be better positioned. instead of putting in a work order to have it moved he went and got a replacement part and had everything resolved within an hour.
