By chance, we were driving back to MB from a recent trip and noticed this nursery on the south side of Route 544, just west of Socastee. We decided to come back in a few days and we did. We met with Trina, who was as helpful as she could be, we were very satisfied with the price quote and left a deposit. Less than 2 weeks later, Matt and his crew came to my home and in less than one hour had all the trees planted, they even moved one young bush for me too. Matt gave me instructions on caring for our new plants and reminded me if I had any questions to feel free to call. I am delighted with my palms and how they look on my property and I will hire him again to plant more in the future. I am thoroughly satisfied with hiring this crew for their personalized care, professionalism, politeness, diverse stock of vegetation and how neat they worked.

I'd had a few people suggest to me to use this company for landscaping materials. So, since I was new to this area, I did. I purchased landscaping rocks along with three palm trees. After about one month after having the palms planted, two of the smaller European Fan Palms were completely dead. I bought one large Sago Palm that seems to be still surviving. Of course, since the small palms were almost $200 each, I contacted Mulch Bucket. I was told there was no warranty at all on their trees. I was also told this particular palm had been discontinued. I was not even given an, "I'm sorry this happened." They suggested I come back and purchase more trees from them. I was quite surprised at such an unrealistic idea. No, I'm not a "troll."

So she posted a negative message on your site but the other company resolved her issues?? That is original!!! You can't even be man enough to accept responsibility. Then you stated that most trees wouldn't survive but you still sell them anyway. Really Good Business. Again I rest my case on your actions. Have a blessed day. I bought a palm tree from Mulch Bucket and the owner immediately tells me that I should sprinkle Epsom salt around the base of the tree and water it with a least 10 gallon of water a day for one (1) month. Well the tree never flourished. I went back and was told buy he's employee that the trees are not warranted. I suggest that you buy your tree from Southern Scape, they have warranty on there trees. Update: I just finish speaking with the owner Chris and he tells me that as his employee had mention that he does not have any warranty on any of his trees. So his reply to my review was false as to contact him and try to resolve my issue with my dead palm tree. So I paid $350 for the palm tree and no, I'm sorry or any excuse. It puts me to think that maybe it was because I am Hispanic. Reason being that the other person that had the same situation as me was treated totally different and was accommodated with a new tree with shared cost. It is very sad how there are people who still treat people different because of race. So what was the point for me to reach out to you if you had no intensions to resolve my issue. I rest my case. If you pull all the way in, the entrance road turns to the left and there are more spots back there. Next time that's where we will park. This Nursery is worth pulling into even if there isn't any plant you really need. It's a lovely place to walk around. They also have an enormous selection of all kinds of plantings for various different terrain, and lovely flowering plants. THere is an old Live Oak behind one of the sales buildings that is worth taking a look at. Just beautiful.

Since the showroom is very large, we decided to walk around to see what else we might find as we were looking to update a few things. We came across some amazing table lamps that include a phone charger in the base as well as an electrical outlet, and we ended up purchasing them. On another walk through the showroom, we found a dining room table and chairs. We had been discussing replacing our existing table, which was too large for the room, and this set was absolutely perfect. The table and chairs were delivered the very next day.
