The wife and I wanted some tile work done in our kitchen area. The job wasn't a large one and we…read moreweren't sure we would fine a reputable company to help us with the install. I went on Home Adviser and explained what we wanted done. Within an hour I received a text message from Rick of Creative Flooring Design. I explained the job details and he advised he would be happy to come out and provide an estimate. The next day he arrived, on time, and after a thorough inspection of the area we wanted tiled, explained they would be happy to do the job and he would provide an estimate via email in a few hours. In addition he told me about their showroom in Murrell's Inlet and asked that we stop by there and look at their samples before we made a decision on product. We had several other potential installers contact us but only one agreed to come to our house to measure for an estimate, (This was in early March before the COVID lockdown) and that installer wanted us to buy the product from a local home store and contact him once we had it and he would schedule the install. Wife and I went to the Creative Flooring showroom and were greeted warmly and professionally. The owner of the company personally walked us through the different options and with his help we chose two tiles that weren't even originally on our radar. On Monday, Rick and installers Christy, and James arrived at our house, again on time. After introductions Rick left, Christy, and James installed the tile. They were profession, neat, clean, and efficient. The job 1.5 days and was done on time l. Plus there was minimal left over product, (which means Rick did and excellent job of measuring and they didn't order nor charge us for a bunch of extra product that wasn't used). At the conclusion of the job my wife and I were highly impressed and love the look of our kitchen. I highly recommend this company and every employee we dealt with. They honestly enjoy what they are doing and are extreme professional. We already know we are going to redo our master bath within a year or so and plan to have this company, and hopefully Rick, Christy, and James do the job for us. Ricky H. Conway, SC.

If I could give zero Stars I would. They never finished the job. They used particle board/pressed…read moreboard for the underlayment of the floor. We live near the ocean. Why would you ever think to use that? All that wood is going to do is swell and fall apart. So we will probably have to replace it in a couple years. They found a leak in our guest bathroom and said they could completely fix it back to new. Over a month later they were still not even halfway done, constantly made excuses and kept wanting to charge us more money. NEVER, NEVER EVER USE THEM!!

Visiting from Austin Texas and just checking out the Myrtle Beach art. Ran across the William H…read more Studio. Neat little gallery with some unique pieces including several by his late mother. Mr. Miller had many examples of his own work and several others belonging to fellow artists. He gave me several leads on other galleries in the area and even some brochures for them. He also provided some great info on the Houston art scene. He is a true ambassador for the local art scene. Business had lots of room but is a bit messy. I do understand it is a working studio and gallery but the areas could be separated better. Mr. Miller needs to prominently display HIS work to fully expose his talent while I can truly see. He also should display some images of the custom works he has created. This studio/gallery is worth the visit.

He was the most expensive of the bids and did not even come close to the quality you would expect. Worse part is that when things got difficult he just quit and didn't want to try and fix the issues. We learned about SCM Relaxation Spas while visiting their display that they had during Myrtle Beach…read moreBike week. What interested us about their spas was that the shell was a shaped single unit seamless PVC tub. They then install all the hosing, pumps and heater then foam insulation is blown in. This makes the tub light, well insulated and easy to maintain. Ours is listed as a six person tub but it is much more comfortable with four persons. SCM relaxation is a distributor for this tub, they are made in Florida and shipped up. They are made per order so there is about a two to three week wait till delivery. We had an issue with our tub after using it, the controls were not performing as ordered. We contacted customer service and found that we were shipped the wrong tub from manufacturer. We ordered one with dual speed motor, 120V with 240V hookup capability, waterfall, LED lights and UV light disinfection. They immediately began to rectify the problem and began production of my new tub. They were very sorry about the mistake and followed up with a special delivery of the tub. They called us with the delivery date, so we only had one day of down time between tubs. They swapped out the tubs, provided additional chemical maintenance kit and extra filter. The tub is awesome and the customer service is excellent. Our friends bought their tub at the same time we did, they did receive the right tub! They are very happy as well and we all reccomend using SCM Relaxation Spas.
