Jorge has been one of the best workers at College Station TSC. He is always on the move helping people even those who who did not. I specifically look for him when I shop there. This store has improved dramatically since management has read the reviews. Navasota TSC is another story. It is run by a bunch of young girls who know nothing about anything. It was hopeless trying to get my questions answered as they were too busy talking with one another and on their phones Any retail stores should ban phone use while working. It is ridiculous! I was charged 300 dollars three times due to a cashier who was not competent! she told me there was nothing she can do and I would have to wait for the holds to fall off my bank account. 900 dollars later my account us is so messed up and I am not happy! read more

I always get good service here. They have the best products for my animals . I usually get delivery and once had a bag of feed break . They promptly replaced it with no hassle at all . If I need anything for my animals they usually have it ! read more

Can't ever seem to have anyone present who can fill propane, but will sure have you wait out there for 20 minutes not to fill it because they "don't" have anyone to fill it. You're telling me in the middle of the day you don't have one employee trained to fill propane? Store needs better management and training. read more

We didn't look around the store very much so this is only a review for their DIY pet wash station. It's located all the way back of the store. They offer a $10 pet wash station equipped with shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, and nail clippers for your dog. There's a wash and dry station. You can wear their aprons so you don't get wet. There are two wash stations inside. It's a bit warm in there, just so you're aware. If you don't like washing your dog in your bathtub or backyard, this is a great, affordable option. There were 3 types of shampoo: sensitive skin, oatmeal, and deodorizer. The employees were also very kind. They offer a wide variety of dog food and snacks for sale as well. read more

I come to TSC because they carry some premium dog food, including Taste of the Wild, that I feed to my dog. My pup is also allowed to walk around in the store with me, which is nice because I won't leave him alone in the car while I shop. That's just rude. The staff are always so rude! Every time I go to get food for my pets, it is not on the shelf so I have to ask someone to get it from the back. They act like I'm bothering them and it's such a big hassle. If you don't want to have to do it, STOCK YOUR SHELVES. read more

The store hours posted on the door say they are open until 9 pm. We pull past the door check the hours, employees standing around by the register, get out walk up to the door, it doesn't open, next to the store hours is a smaller sign, hidden behind the plants out front, they close at 8 pm thru March. Maybe they should post that sign where it can be seen! read more

As close as you can come in this area to an old fashioned hardware store with all kinds of farm and home necessities. One advantage it has over the other hardware stores in the area is quick access. You can be in and out with your stuff pretty quickly unless it's on Saturday. Lines can unexpectedly back up on rare busy days and you'll find yourself trying to figure out which customer got in line before you because of the way they designed the checkout counters. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but it's small. If you don't know for sure what you want be prepared to wait for service at the central counter. Rapping your knuckles on the table usually gets someone to come out of the back room to help you. They need a bell ringer or buzzer there. I like the place. read more
