While I'm not completely satisfied with the outcome, I do appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and escalated to corporate in an effort to make changes. It's my understanding that some positive updates may be coming soon, which I'm glad to hear. As I mentioned previously, my concerns are not with the employees or the owner. This is still a great place to bring your dog for a wash. My main disappointment remains the loss of the programs and savings that were previously offered. That said, as a small business franchise under new ownership, I truly appreciate the responsiveness and follow-up.

The adoption process was strange for me but 100% no contact to me or the volunteers and staff. I got my BIG guy and his papers and drove two hours home with him. I am not sure about the negative reviews but I had a positive experience and I am still getting to know my very wiggly and happy guy, LUGAR. One note I was not aware that dog food, cat food, and supplies are on a donation basis. I was floored when the young lady told me on the phone when I called for the brand Lugar was being fed. I sent a donation through Chewy on behalf of LUGAR. This is a valuable community resource for rescues and potential adopters.

I answered calm so they turned me away telling me that kittens are not calm. No duh! Do they expect people to trade in their pets when they start to calm down. I know from experience that kittens can be calmed after years of ownership and I didn't want to adopt an adult cat only to lose it to death in a few years. Shame on them.

I did not argue with him because this is his business but come on dude you are suppose to be a self serve dog grooming place .. re arrange things to accommodate everyone needs. My purebred exotic shorthair is from another country and was raised on Farmina brand food. While they don't carry it on the shelves, Felix is able to order that for me (unlike PetsMart). They also have many catnip infused toys that helped my new fur baby feel right at home.

We recently stopped by this Chantilly location. Parking is convenient either in front of the building or around the corner. They face busy Route 50. The warehouse is huge and hosts the adoption events inside the back of the warehouse. There's plenty of room for dogs and handlers. They carry all sorts of dog toys and food. Their pricing is very competitive to even Amazon, so save the shipping/time and just stop by to buy local! P.S. If you are in the Reston/Herndon location, they have a store in the Glory Days strip mall. That location has an amazing self-serve dog wash.
