The waitress who ended up telling like three different parties of people to set yourself seemed like it should be a no brainer we need to seat ourselves. When we sat it wasnt clear who was serving us with a total of four different people helping us at different times. Once our food was ordered, we could see it in the window but didnt get to us for a good 10 minutes or so. Everyone was just doing different things besides serving food it seemed. Onion strings we had were kind of burnt and didnt have too much flavor. I was a big fan of their brisket and not so much of their pulled pork. Cole slaw and potato salad were a huge hit. My wife was a big fan of the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was MASSIVE! They do plenty of entertainment on the weekends so hopefully if we go back we get to see that.

I found that very convenient and much more relaxed than ordering at a counter with a line behind you. We ordered the wing portion of Soy Garlic Chicken and Pork Dumplings. I have never had wings like this before. They were breaded, and just the right amount of saucy. I liked having disposable gloves as an option to handle them, that is a game changer for me. They were very sweet, which I am not the biggest fan of. They did have a decent amount of heat, which I was warned about from other reviews. It was the perfect level of heat for me, I don't know if I would try their spicy version. I thought the Pork Dumplings were the star of the meal. They were large in size and cooked perfectly. They had just the right amount of crunch and filling. The sauce that came with it was also on the sweeter side.

I absolutely love wings…read more I recently stopped by Wings Cafe in Westport and had a good overall experience. I ordered the buffalo wings with fries. The flavor was definitely there--the buffalo sauce had a nice kick, and the seasoning was on point. My only downside was the texture of the wings. They were a bit too heavily breaded for my taste, which made them a little soggy instead of crispy. If they had a lighter coating and more crunch, they would have been even better. Overall, I enjoyed my meal, and the flavor made up for the texture. I'd be willing to come back and try other flavors or menu items in the future.
