The lady standing there said I don't want my food because I don't like the way your talking to her. Then he tells me he has to call someone to send my refund and I told him I'm not leaving until I get something in writing. He is steady yelling and I'm telling to please just give me a refund so I can go. I say this to say you are very rude and disrespectful and I will NEVER patronize your business. Learn how to be respectful and how to talk to people and you may have more business. Last but not least if you eat from there stand there and watch how he makes your food. When I seen the two balls of ground beef just sitting there while making other food was appalling that meat should have been kept in the refrigerator until he was ready to use.
