I was taking cookies to my wife at Strack and knew her assistant loved Banana bread. I saw they had a banana pudding cookie and knew I had to get some. I got a variety and they were all great. I personally had the macadamia nut white chocolate and the butter pecan. Both were excellent. Went back today after Altitude and bought the stuffed smores. Wow. Words describe how good that was. Rollin, rollin, rollin! Oh my goodness! I was feeling quite down because I had to pay bills, and the math left me with only cents, no dollars. As I was walking the lot of LA DOUGH SWEETS, I kept smelling sweats. I looked around and there it was, La Dough Sweets, like a mirage in the desert. I first peeked in the window and saw Mrs. D smiling at me like Grandma who hadn't seen her granddaughter in a few months. I went inside and we started chatting about how she had started her cookie business and the types of cookies she offered. My goodness, my sweet tooth was begging me for some cookies in one ear, while diabetes was rubbing its hands at me in the other. Diabetes won, and my sweet tooth called me a punk. Satisfaction, however, said, "It's okay, just flush it out with plenty of water." Her cookies are so much better than Crumble Cookies who now I will cheat on with La Dough Sweets. Omg. I had to renew my drivers license in a hurry, and the Spring Mega Center DMV is next door to La Dough Cookies. What an unbelievably lucky day for me and my little one I dragged along with me. I could tell when we walked in it was going to be good based on all the loving messages from customers, the sweetest dedication note from the owner's husband, and how kindly we were treated by the daughter working. When someone gives me the lean in and says something to the effect of, "let me tell you what we have going on,"I know I'm in good hands. The list of cookies was EXTENSIVE. If you have a cookie need, these ladies can cover it. TRUST. We tried the Biscoff caramel, banana pudding, white chocolate macadamia, milk chocolate macadamia, double chocolate chip, molten chocolate, strawberry/white chocolate. They were all incredible! I'm going to have to make the drive from the Galleria the next time we have an event or a party and get La Dough to do the catering. I wish I lived closer, but since I don't I sent their yelp page to all my friends who do so I can get them hooked and ask them to bring cookies into town with them. read more

The customer service was amazing. I went here on Friday 9/21 to get cookies me and my boyfriend would eat on the next day (cheat day). We love cookies. Flavors I Purchased: -Banana Pudding x2 -Butter Pecan -Strawberry -Peanut Butter -Lotus Biscoff Cookie I personally had the BP, Straw., and Butter Pecan. I loved the first two, the flavors were spot on. I did like the butter pecan as well. My boyfriend loved all his cookies and he said the flavors for the banana pudding (he doesn't even like that dessert) and peanut butter were spot on. We really wanted the birthday cake and red velvet flavors but I went in the afternoon and they were sold out. Really good cookies especially fresh knowing that we ate them a day later. Walking into this establishment today I was excited to support this bakery.Once I walked in the space was clean and the menu was easy and fun to read. I was also able to see the bakery's inventory for the day. I purchased four cookies. Red velvet cheesecake,chocolate covered strawberry,double chocolate chip with strawberry and a biscotti cookie.
