We went with a coconut popsicle with milk chocolate and coconut shavings on top, and a oreo popsicle dipped in white chocolate and oreo bits on top. Both were excellent, but the oreo was my favorite of the two. I'm not sure what the deal with the chocolate is: it really stays on the popsicles quite solidly without falling a part. It's kind of like a fondant cake frosting in a way. It adds a nice contrast to the popsicle itself and is something I wish I could enjoy on a regular basis if we didn't live so far away!

The cone is heavily crusted with sugar sprinkles and is very crunchy. The cone is served in a cup, which is great for catching the crumbs that come off the bedazzled cone. It's good pudding, and includes the traditional vanilla wafer sandwiched deep in the cone. The mix of ice cream and pudding was very tasty. You also have the option to get cheesecake instead of ice cream in the cone. They also sell it as a parfait. There are many options to choose from here--cookies, dipped cheesecakes, and some unique specialties like candied grapes. It can be a bit overwhelming. The cone set me back $14 with tax and tip, and even now that seems like a lot. But I don't think it's out of the ordinary for a food truck, they have to charge a price that will cover the overhead of running a truck. Dessert trucks are a good choice at La Plaza de los Food Trucks right now becase during crawfish season Texas Crawfish takes most of the oxygen. Having a complementary business makes good strategic sense. From Jay's website she appears to be an energetic and entrepreneurial college student, and the truck is a family affair. The first two cookies I asked for were unavailable because they were out of the keto icing, so I told her to just give me any four keto cookies that were available. I asked about the keto bazookie, and she said it had to be ordered 15 minutes in advance -- fair enough. I decided to skip it and left with my cookies. Love that a flat-top option is available. Also love that they have a "frequent buyers" card (which has now been replaced by reward points via your cell phone number and Square). Buy more, get more! Buzzles can get pretty crowded, especially on hot days. They are open during the winter months, and you can either drive up immediately or wait for one car in front to get their order and then it's your turn. Workers are always very pleasant and give us exactly what we've ordered. Conveniently located for me with parking if you'd like to hop out of your car and walk up to the window to order. Picnic tables are available for you to enjoy if you don't want to drive off and eat your snow cone in the car. You know I'll be back!

I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't return back. I changed the spoon out and I noticed that the worker put tons of syrup in the cup to make an illusion of ice. The snow cone wasn't all the way filled up anyway to begin with. Also, the flavor tasted EXPIRED. It was a weird taste. I really would at least like a free snowcone or my money back. It was horrible! The photo is: Just an example of how much syrup was put in the cup. The cup had barely snow cone ice in it. I tossed some of the ice out because I was given a filthy spoon and had to use my own.
