I recently had Crumbl for the first time and I'm hooked! The cookies are really tasty. I have had the Brownie Batter, Milk Chocolate Chip last week and they were delicious. The Brownie Batter was very rich but tasty. Coworkers said the Maple Bacon and Mint Chip Ice Cream were really good. The Pink Donut I was told was too sweet. I like the fact that the flavors change weekly. The cookies in the photo were all good except the cookie dough cookie to me. The cookie dough cookie was too sweet for me. This location has two iPads to place your order and two card readers. You choose what cookies you'd like and they box and serve you really quickly. The staff are kind and efficient when busy. The storefront is small and bright with natural light. There is no place to sit and eat on the inside or outside. The establishment is strictly order and go. I am absolutely in love!!! I'd heard great things about Crumbl, but thought it was hype. I mean how delicious could a cookie be?! It's just a cookie. No!! This is satisfaction in the form of big, soft, chewy, goody goodness. As a first timer, I couldn't try just a single cookie, so I purchased the graham cracker (w/ teddy grahams), the milk chocolate chip, molten lava, and the peanut butter. The teddy graham was my least favorite. It was pretty bland and the decorative teddy grahams were soggy. I didn't care for the amount of icing on it either. The chocolate chip tasted just as I expected it to, classic and delicious but nothing extraordinary. The peanut butter was so thick, yet crumbly, sweet, and soft. I would surely get it again. The molten lava was my fav!!! It's like a cross between a brownie and chocolate cake...so, basically, it's scrumptious!! I can't wait to see what flavors there will be next week! We tried crumbl and were happy but not overwhelmed with the taste of the cookies. The self-service ordering was easy and they quickly fulfilled our order. We tried two everyday flavors and two weekly flavors. The key lime and snickers flavors were ok but not great. The chocolate chip cookie and chilled sugar were also good and we can see why they stay every week. Would likely go back to try other flavors in the future but don't see this being something we keep close tabs on. Crumbl is a new spot in Humble to get your sweet fix, and it's open late. The cookies from here are not your average size out of the bag grocery store cookie, but as big as my hand, IMO, made for sharing. They are considered "gourmet" cookies, so they are pricey for a single cookie. Besides the standard chocolate chip flavor, they serve up unique flavors which change on a weekly basis, so in order to know what's on the menu, you can either call up the store or follow them on their social media accounts. I've tasted a few flavors and I enjoy the chocolate chip, churro, and sugar cookies. The space is clean, and I dig the minimalist vibe. There is one bench in the store so this place is made for take-out. read more

I would not recommend eating more than a fourth from each cookie at once. Especially those watching their waistline. These cookies are extremely addicting and very hard to put down. Came in as a first time customer after seeing so many of my friends try these cookies! I was so confused on what to order and lucky for me, the guy standing at the cashier took such great care of us! His customer service was top notch, explaining the taste and popularity of each cookie and even told us some fun facts on the history of this chain! I went ahead and ordered two boxes and all their flavors! That's when I kinda went wrong though.. after taking 2-3 bites of the cookie, I was so incredibly full. This has happened to me three different times at this location and it's really getting old. They don't understand how to manage filling the orders. Waiting for nearly 10 minutes, with different customers coming in, ordering and getting their orders before I was told two of the cookies I ordered "just came out of the oven and it would be another 10 minutes." I was highly disappointed with this experience. I ordered 4 cookies online for curbside pickup at 5:45 pm on a Saturday. I arrived at 5:47 pm to pick up my order. Upon arrival, I clicked the button for arrive and texted "here" to them. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for my order during which I saw many customers enter and leave the store as well as many others collect their curbside pickup. Next, I called and informed a female employee that I had been waiting for 10 minutes, to which she asked me to verify my name. After confirming my identity, I had to wait an additional 5 minutes. A male employee finally came to my car and asked to see my receipt. I showed him it on my phone which he took from me and swiped up to see the order. I was then made to wait an additional 5 minutes, after which he came back out with my order and an apology saying that the system was new and failed to recognize my order. Hmmmmmm...NOT IMPRESSED. To summarize: My two young children, husband, and I were made to wait 20 minutes for 4 cookies. *Did I mention that it was TWENTY MINUTES for FOUR cookies!* The cookies were simply ok in taste. If they had compensated me for wasting my time with a couple free cookies for my children, I would have been less frustrated. But a lazy apology was not good enough in my opinion! We went in hoping to try the famous french toast cookie but unfortunately breakfast week ended and this week was Minion week. At first I was a little upset but got over it fairly quickly once I bit into the classic chocolate chip cookie!! Omg this cookie was crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, just like I like it. Next I tried the banana cream pie but didn't like that one so much. It wasn't bad just not sweet enough and a weird texture. And last but definitely not least was the dirt cake cookie featuring Otto!! This one was the best!! I was thinking it would be too much chocolate but it was perfect and the icing was everything!
