Im addicted!! This place is kind of hidden, tucked back behind/next to Sprouts. I stumbled upon it by accident but I am so glad I did! The two people working were friendly and the one person serving me was SOOO patient with helping me find the perfect custom bowl that would work for my very restricted diet. Inside was clean and quiet but a bit sterile. Out front is a really nice seating area. My custom bowl was so tasty! I have been day dreaming of when I can go back again. It is pricey but worth it, to have such a tasty treat that also works with my mandatory gluten free, no sugar, low fructose, low carb diet. read more

I tried the TruBlu bowl for my first time here with almond butter, sans coconut flakes and it was sooo delicious!!! I ordered it without coconut flakes and it was mistakenly given to me with, but all good -- I picked them out and they were apologetic/nice about it. It costs $14 for a medium size bowl so it is definitely an açaí bowl with a premium price tag, but the ingredients and quality are there. 3.5 stars, but rounded to 4 because it's my go-to acai bowl place in Redlands due to the variety of toppings and bases to choose from! I love doing a custom bowl to try the different bases & everything tastes pretty fresh! However, I do wish the blended bases were a bit thicker & didn't melt as fast. The prices are also a bit on the higher side. As far as the service, it depends on who's there! I was the only one there so I got in and out within 10 mins, but I know when there's a lot of people it can get slow. I saw a total of 3 workers but only one was manning the front cashier/making bowls while the other two were either restocking or taking phone calls. The inside could have a bit more decor but it was clean and the outside is nice with a little fountain :) read more

I'm not going to lie, pretty good! Only thing that knocks it down two stars is staff is very "doing my own thing" types and I even hear them cursing sometimes... and that there is flies around the produce something at the counter bar. But other than that, it's clean, it's quiet and the quality is nice! I go a lot for the protein drinks but I sub the plant protein for whey because it's better for me. read more

Now that warming weather is approaching, craving a refreshing meal that tastes like dessert sure is a plus. Located in the Sprouts plaza in Redlands, where the Pinkberry used to be (I'm sad but it was a good upgrade) is a superfood bar that leaves you wanting more. I had a hard time deciding as all their curated concoctions looked really delicious, I ended up getting the TruBlu bowl. It was assembled pretty quickly and it was delicious. There were a few items on the bowl I've never had before but they balanced one another out so well. It was refreshing! The açai was tasteful and the chia pudding was the perfect consistency. The fruit was also very fresh. If you don't like their menu options, you can also opt to make your own bowl. As for the place itself, it was modern and clean, the staff were efficient. You place your order at the register and once you've paid, they start working on your order. I was in and out and the seating outside is a nice touch. read more

Really bad customer service. Paid $15 for an açaí bowl without coconut and they added coconut. When I called and informed them of the mistake they said the woman who prepared it had accidentally added the coconut flakes, but she was sure she took them all out. Mistakes happen, so all I asked is to just replace the bowl. I paid $15 for the bowl, $5 for water, AND tip. I drove back, took me about 15 minutes, and the bowl wasn't even ready. They did say sorry, and I informed them that they next time that happens they should just throw away the bowl, you never know who has allergies. The employees couldn't care less. Such a bummer. Not worth the money for shitty service and long wait times. read more

On 1/25/26, I had a very disappointing experience. It took about 5 minutes just to be helped, and then 20 minutes to prepare my bowl. When I finally received it, the bowl was already melted and watery. They only had two employees working, and one of them was preparing everything even though she was new and constantly asking the other employee in the back for instructions. Because of this, everything moved extremely slowly. While I was there, another customer who had been sitting on the patio came inside to complain because their order also took too long and was watery, and they asked for it to be remade. They seriously need to improve their service and hire more employees. I understand wanting to save money, but having only two people working is unacceptable. It took 20 minutes to receive a bowl that was not even made properly. read more

We were in the mood for a healthy snack, and Tru Bowls popped up on Yelp. For the size we picked, we got to enjoy four layers of açaí along with a wide variety of fruits and toppings. The staff member helping us was super friendly, she walked us through all the ingredients and even let us sample some sea moss. We built a medium bowl with layers of açaí, chia pudding, ube, and mango, then topped it with fresh fruit, granola, superfood toppings, and almond butter. It was absolutely delicious and hit the spot. I'm officially a Tru Bowls fan now. I'm also excited to have a Monrovia location near me and can't wait to visit for more of their tasty açaí bowls. read more

I used to LOVE trubowl, the champ was the best smoothie I had ever tasted, however I would switch it to oat milk. Recently I went and did my normal order and when I drank it it wasn't good at all. I went back to ask if they had just done the normal almond milk and they said no that they are in the process of switching oat milk brands. Whatever they're switching to is not good. It just took the smoothie from a 10/10 to a 3/10. It lost its creamy sweetness and now I wouldn't recommend it at all. I actually ended up tossing the last half of it because I just couldn't get myself to like it one bit, but since it was $13 I wanted to try. Unfortunately, it tastes like a watered down oatmeal now, so hopefully they switch it back, because this was not the same. read more

I ordered it for brunch and it was filling and delicious. It can be a while to get your order as they can be pretty busy with online and walk in orders. Options galore! I love me a good acai bowl with various layers, and at TRUBowl there's hundreds of possible combinations if you choose to build your own. Their menu has a great selection of bowls, protein smoothies, boosts, and juices. I created a bowl layered with acai, matcha, ube, and dragon fruit chia pudding, topped with fruits, hemp granola, toasted coconut and a drizzle of almond butter. It was satisfying. Really delicious smoothie bowl, smoothes, and drink options at TRubowl. The menu is quite big so there is a ton to choose from! And it's not just acai, you can customize your base with so many different choices which I appreciate. I am a huge acai flavor fan so I decided to get the Rio bowl was was jam packed with flavor! The line situation inside is kind of chaotic and there should be more organization for where to stand and where the line starts and ends. You can order ahead but I heard it hasn't been that great for timing. It is in a huge parking lot with plenty of options and sprouts is next door which is super convenient. read more

Solid local acai spot. Ordered the seamoss and the island bowl and out of the two, I recommend the island bowl! The seamoss bowl tasted more healthy while the island bowl packed more fruity tastes (the island bowl also included coconut bits if you do not like coconut, you can always take it out!) Prices for acai bowls have definitely risen, but I would say, the prices that TruBowl are consistent throughout the industry. The interior and service was great! They helped with recommendations and tips for a better experience. They have a build your own acai bowl for those who know exactly what they want or for those who want to experiment. Otherwise, the set acai bowls are a great option if you want to try some curated bowls. Although I did not get a smoothie, I saw many people grabbing smoothies to beat the heat. I would rate 3.5 but I'll round up. Employees are very sweet & friendly. Inside needs more decor, it is very plain with the white walls & furniture with awkward heights. If you sit on the benches along the wall (which look like bed head boards) the table will be awkwardly high. Tables were very dirty. Felt very sloppy other than the wall with the neon sign. Also grab your straw/spoon while you are in line because the placement is very awkward once you pick up your order. Menu has a great selection! Ordered the Cali Vibe & it was delicious! A good açaí bowl spot was needed in Redlands! I feel like the other places couldn't really give me a lot of options or customization as much as this place. They offer açaí bowls with different flavor bases and they offer smoothies. The workers were very friendly and attentive. So they have one person make the base then one person who customizes it front of you. The bowl was decently priced at $13 for a medium but I was really full and satisfied. The ambiance was very new and clean! My only complaint is the chairs and the seating against the wall was different heights so it awkward to sit down comfortably. After shopping at Sprouts Farmers Market in Redlands, I walked around the shopping center. I saw TRubowl Superfood Bar and was curious what superfoods they have. Upon entry, I saw the bar in the back of the shop. The tables and chairs for dine-in were at the front of the shop. It was clean and have good space. Their menu of items is quite large. Prices were a little high for the size IMHO. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I ended up getting their Sunset Bowl. It comes with Pitaya, tru mango, dragon coconut chia pudding, hemp granola, mango, pineapple, papaya, kiwi, coconut, goji berries, and honey. Wow, it was really delicious! So healthy, too!! Confused on the hours of this place. I don't live close by came last week around the same time just fine. I double checked business hours on maps & Google before I came. Says business hours are 8:00 AM, came around 8:05 doors locked lights off no one in sight. Sign on door says 8, very weird & wasted my time. Super frustrating since only came back since I enjoyed so much last week smh UPDATE: - went to sprouts to shop around for 10-15 mins came back still closed & doors locked. Please update your business hours so you're not wasting peoples time!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2nd UPDATE: was on the phone in my car for a few more mins before I left the parking lot, watched someone walk up try the doors & sit at a table. At around 8:20 I watched someone unlock the door & go in, not sure if someone woke up late or this is standard. Not worth it. Sorry if this seems harsh but I'm sick of paying for bad food and service. Place was a mess. It wasn't busy. The tables were all dirty. There were plenty of employees. Mediocre customer service. The bowl itself did not taste like quality. The blended Açaí had a very strange taste. The coconut tasted cheap. It tasted like chemicals. Not like whole food, high quality, real fruit. The texture was strange. Kind of stretchy. Do not go here if you expect quality. It's a waste of money. We threw away more than half of it. read more

This is my go to spot for an açaí bowl, my favorite it the Ez-Tru Bowl! The açaí base is perfectly blended--creamy and refreshing, with just the right amount of sweetness. Absolutely terrible service here, ordered took 20 minutes for the açaí bowl to even be started (never had someone say they'd call us back up for the toppings), and then they forgot about the smoothie that was a part of the same order. There weren't any extra things added or modifications, just a medium smoothie and a small custom bowl. Spent $24 and got nothing but wasted time and an overpriced treat. Not complaining about the price but damn get your employees to put some damn hustle in if you're gonna charge so much. Spent 30 minutes in the damn store just waiting for a simple smoothie and an açaí bowl. Will be going elsewhere in the future. read more

At that price, it is almost too hard to pass up. The store was busy, but they are so quick and efficient in making drinks that there isn't much of a wait. The store was decorated with Christmas spirit and a 7 foot Christmas tree. I was assisted by both Evan and Vicky who were very friendly. My 4-year old watched Evan intently as he took care in making his Vanilla Oreo Shake. Thankfully my son was feeling generous and shared his shake, that was generously topped with Oreo cookies and whipped cream. Definitely recommend coming here and I know I'll be back soon to complete my stamp card for a free drink!

Unfortunately, the matcha wasn't quite what I was hoping for. It mostly tasted like milk with only a faint hint of matcha, so the flavor felt a bit too subtle for my taste. My mom ordered one of their pour-overs, though, and she really seemed to enjoy it. It had a bold, rich coffee flavor that she appreciated. Based on our experience, I think I'd stick to ordering coffee here next time instead of the matcha. I'd like to add that there is a lot of fresh bread and food selections made by local vendors inside the market that would go great with the coffee. I did enjoy the calm and clean atmosphere of the store. Overall my experience was pleasant.

Pro tip: get in line as soon as you get there because it fills up fast and the line can absolutely go out the door. I had the chai latte (so good), a cheese danish (dangerous), and an Everlasting Ferments kombucha...the Habanero Ginger is a sleeper hit. You can also snag breakfast burritos if you're lucky (they sell out), or freshly made stuffed waffles from a vendor outside, which somehow makes the whole experience feel extra charming. There are cute little café tables all around and a tucked-away, walled patio in the back that's perfect for bigger groups. Already planning future coffee dates. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because one of our drinks was the wrong order, but other than that their drinks were a hit. Our server was quick with our large order and I wouldn't mind trying other iced drinks throughout the Summer either. I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

Love this new açaí spot in Redlands. So much better than badger bowls and freedom bowls! You get to customize your own bowl and the customer service is so great the employees are super nice. They had pretty basic flavors such as strawberry, vanilla, mango, etc. Small (1 scoop) $5, medium (2 scoops) $7, and large (4 scoops) $12. One unique flavor did catch my eye... malai kulfi. I got a free sample of it. Thanks! It had quite an interesting taste. I couldn't pinpoint it so I asked the nice young man behind the counter. He said it is a Mediterranean ice cream flavor that has cardamom, saffron, and pistachios/almonds. I was full so I didn't get it, but I'll get it next time. My youngest daughter got a small mint chocolate chip. It came with a free topping... M&Ms is her topping of choice. She enjoyed it! As I was walking away from the counter, I saw another customer pick up her acai bowl. It looked really good. I'll have to try that next time as well. Aice is a great option for desserts and drinks after a wonderful lunch or dinner meal. They are located in between Tsoko Cafe and Maison La Jolie. Come support them! Unfortunately, it feels like Stells has lost the charm that so many Redlands locals loved. The cozy atmosphere, warm lighting, and intimate feel were what made this little coffee shop stand out. Sadly, that character seems to be gone. The additional seating is a nice improvement, but the space now feels like just another brightly lit, overcrowded coffee shop in Redlands rather than the unique, inviting place it once was.

Iced caramel latte with oat milk was a 10/10!!!! Great coffee flavor, balanced sweetness, perfect…read moremilk and ice ratio. My ONLY complaint is the LIDS. The coffee was dripping and leaking so bad out of the lid, please change the lids to something more secure! Overall great coffee will be back to try some food next time!
