We had to have some work done through our home warranty in the new highrise condo we purchased in Las Vegas. Many of the plumbing services in Vegas dont have the necessary insurance coverage to work in high rises, TPM Services was recommended by First American. Jeremy arrived to help us with replacing a water filtration system and two seals in toilets. He was on time, communicated professionally and paid attention to details. He also did a great job cleaning up after himself. When some of the parts had to be special ordered TPM Services worked with our busy scheduled and we were able to get Jeremy again to finish the work order. If we ever have to use our home warranty we will definitely use them again. read more

They have fast responsive plumbers that do a great job. Lisa is awesome and very helpful!

My HVAC was short cycling then not working at all. Enrique the technician came to service this unit. It turns out, it had not been maintained in a very long time. Much to my joy and healthy well being, Enrique was able to clear the debris from the connections, and now, my home is healthy, cool, and I believe even smells fresh!!!! I highly recommend Enrique and TPM Services, especially if you live in Lake Las Vegas in an older unit across the lake from the village! read more

My review has nothing to do on the plumber assigned. The work was done and completed timely and without any issue. I had a water heater leak/replacement through my home insurance. I had wonderful restoration & contracting companies. However a plumber was required just to replace hoses leading to heater. This company was called. A week later I get the invoice (as insurance/warranty wouldn't pay the actual plumber but rest). I was SHOCKED that to replace the two hoses & solder adapters was $410!!! After emailing with someone at the company I found out they "We have a 40% mark up on parts". SAY WHAT??? So when plumber came, saw what he needed, and drove 1mile to Lowe's to get the items, I could have done that and saved myself some money? At no time was I told the "mark up" of parts. I already knew what was needed just needed a plumber to get it done. Again it all went well, but the fact they mark up parts that just buy the same day from the store down the street, and I'm paying that TIME as part of my labor time is CRAZY to me. It's my first plumbing issue...so I don't know if this is typical but ya, sorry I won't make this mistake ever again. What if the parts had been even more! I'm still dumbfounded. read more

HVAC - Enrique replaced the capacitor and hard start kit and drained it for $270, totally worth it. Looks like they also do other stuff, I will definitely use TPM again. read more

DO NOT USE TPM!!! They broke my A/C then quoted me $9000 to replace the entire unit! I called them out three times in the past 8 months. The first time was only to repair a leaky condensate pump, as the A/C still blew cold air. This took three visits! 6 months later the unit stopped blowing cold air. The same technician, Hoover, repaired the unit. 2 months later it went out again and Hoover said I needed a new unit and quoted me $9000. When I got a second opinion from a different company, HAL, the new technician showed me that Hoover had twisted a copper pipe. That twist restricted water flow and caused my condenser to go out. The new company repaired my A/C for $800. When I informed TPM of what happened, they never got back to me. Do not trust this company. They are either dishonest or incompetent, and possibly both. read more

My home warranty company assigned TPM to repair a minor plumbing leak at my condo. The technician lied to my renter and told him that only labor is covered by the home warranty company and not the parts. He charged my renter $125 for a couple pieces of galvanized pipe. After going to Home depot, I could have bought the same pipe for about $40 and my home warranty company is trying to figure out why I was lied to and told parts are not included in a normal repair. I hate being cheated and people need to know what this company is doing. read more

We were blessed to have a technician named Fabian come to service our A/C this morning. We have had multiple bad experiences with other companies. He was on time, so courteous, and found and fixed a few issues immediately. He is without a doubt the very best technician we have had in over 50 years of marriage. So grateful- will always use this company because of him! 5 stars!!!!! read more

Gave me a 2-hour window. Never showed up. Told them to cancel my appointment and to not charge my credit card. They charged my credit card. They have now wasted four hours of my time, provided absolutely no service, and took money from me. Need AC service? Don't call these frauds. read more

Our AC went out in late Sept (when it is still 100ish deg. in Las Vegas) and we put in a claim with our home warranty. TPM came out and the serviceman was excellent. He identified the problem and when he couldn't fix it, called into his office. He stated that the part(s) was on order and 16 weeks out but in the meantime, he'd install a temporary fix to get us through the remaining hot weeks. Having just called the office to see the status of the new part, I was told the order was closed and that they'd have to call me back. A day later, the admin called back and said that after speaking with the serviceman and her GM, that there was a misunderstanding on my part and that their work was completed. I told her there was no misunderstanding and that the serviceman said he would come back once the part was in (which would be around this time) and she proceeded to condescendingly tell me that I misunderstood him. Funny, because I spoke with him the several times he came to my house to make the temporary fix and he assured me that he'd be back when the part was in. Not a professional company who either lies to their serviceman and then changes their mind later OR who lies to the customer. Absolutely pathetic and can not only NOT recommend this scumbag company, but actively recommend people to avoid. Save your money, your time, and your patience and choose any other company besides this one. Wasn't going to leave a Yelp review, but judging by the amount of 1 star reviews on here, I figure i'd chime in and give yet another example of this company letting it's customers down. I hope the awesome technician however, finds a good job w/ a better company that doesn't bait and switch their customers with their promises. TLDR: TPM is an atrocious dogshit company that lies to it's customers and has a rude admin speak to you on the phone when you call them asking when they are going to finish the services they previously promised. read more

TPM was referred to me by our High Rise Tower bldgs maintenance engineer to handle our plumbing drain backup that unexpectedly happened. Called them to schedule an appointment and office staff was nice and friendly. I was impressed with the same day scheduled service. The plumbing technician Eddie who came out was very knowledgeable and efficient and liked that he wore shoe covers and laid a canvas blanket over the work area to protect my floors. He quickly worked the machine down the pipe to clear the obstruction and explained in simple terms to me what could have caused this to happen which I thought was very informative. Overall they might not be the cheapest but for the quickly dispatched service and highly experienced service technician, I think the value equals the cost. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

If you have read any of my reviews you will see I have had a lot of issues trying to get my warranty company to fix my HVAC system. ORHP has sent out many companies to fix my system for it to only not be fixed or for there to be a whole lot of excuses about why it will be weeks to get it done. Finally they sent out TPM. From my first contact with there office, I spoke with Lisa, she was so helpful and professional had a service tech out on my schedule and we were off to the races, Unfortunately my system developed another issue but Lisa sent someone out with in a couple of hours to handle m issue. @ tech's came out had the issue fixed in a short time. While they were her I was able to get ORHP to let them fix the other unit that the last company did not fix correctly in my main house. I just want to say this is a great company to deal with, polite, knowledgeable, just a great experience. read more

This is the worse company ever. Be careful !!!! They are rude, unprofessional, and never get back to you. When they finally get there, they make your AC even worse and overcharge you for it. We are starting a class action law suit to put these scammers out of business for good !!!! read more

It takes a lot for me to award a company with a 5 star review but TPM Services is the go-to company if you are looking for or in need for a good, reliable plumbing and mechanical services company. Vanessa, Dispatch, is always on top of scheduling and has always reached back out to me whenever their technicians are running late or behind on schedule. Jamie, if I'm not mistaken, Accounts Payable, has always been quick to send over the invoice. Chris, Rishawn, Keegan, Clint, and Carson, the technicians, have always done a good job and completed the work my family has asked them to do. TPM does a lot of work for me and they have my strongest recommendation. Give them a call. read more

This TPM company has been a very crooked company , who has been inflating its service calls charge of $125 to my property; i did not allow TPM to proceed ; but I did get another plumbing company to do estimate and it only charged me $69 for service call. What a ripoff From TPM!!!! TPM also tried to charged me initially for water leak of $700, later it changed its mind and charaged me $850. Another vendor charged for $600. Be careful when you deal with this company. I had a water cool AC system that is broken that need to repair. This isn't your typical AC, this is a shared water cooling system AC. I got their phone number from the home warranty company. It started out pretty normal, the technician came over in two days ordered the compressor. He also gave me a quote for replacing the unit. He didn't send the quote for the replacing the unit for 5,000 because I was assured that replacing the compressor will solve the problem. It wasn't cheap repair so I wanted to make sure that I didn't waste money. A week goes by and the technician that came out the first time was hard to get in touch with. I called the company directly and they said that technician no longer work there. Nice, no one contacted me and their technician said two day earlier that he is coming back to town to start working on the AC. They had to find someone else to work on the AC. So now it is more than two weeks since the AC problem started. The tenant is trying to sue me, so I had to put her in a hotel. Despite me begging this company with the tenant problem, they took their sweet time. First time they came out to replace the compressor, the technician said they couldn't work on it. They sent the same guy out the second time, Lawrence took over a whole day to install the compressor, it didn't work. Now the tenant is even more annoyed. Great! It only took them several more trips, lot of aggravations, and finally their supervisor said he got it to work. I told my tenant the whole month of hell is finally over, they can move back in. That relief was short lived because the tenant told me that the condo unit was still hot. That didn't solve the problem. Call the company the next day and it took them a few more days to come out then they told me something else the water system is clogged told me it would cost another 1100 to fix it. I asked them, I was already told once before that replacing the compressor would solve the problem, if I pay another 1100 would they guarantee the AC to work. They said they couldn't so I would have to pay a total of 2500.00 for a chance to fix the AC not even a guarantee. How do you like that 2500.00 for a chance that it might work, no refund no credit if they can't fix it? I asked them how much it cost to replace the unit. Even after I already explained to them that this need to be urgent, the tenant is already fed up with more than 6 times they have come out and almost a month with AC not working, they took over a week to get a quote to replace the unit. By now they raise the price 3000.00 to replace the unit and then asked me what price do I think is fair and they will work with me. No apology for taking almost a month and didn't even fix the AC, no clear explanation why they raise the price 3000.00 to replace the unit, no explanation why they took so long to even give me a quote after repeatedly told me they will get a price next day or the day after. I ended up cancelling the lease and cut the tenant loose. This company did more damages to me then the entire six months worth of rent but they are more than adamant in getting paid. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them! read more

I had TPM come out and install a Hotspot pool heater this summer and I wanted to wait until summer was over to write a review. While we did have some issues with getting all the parts for the job (not TPM's fault damn Covid) the guys were always professional and did a great job. They took the time to come out and provide me with a quote, answered all of my questions as well as listen to any adjustments we wanted to be made. We did have a couple of times where the system tripped a fuse or breaker in the AC system and the guys were always prompt to get out and get it working. That is especially appreciated in the summer heat including once on a Friday night right on a holiday weekend. Rishawn was always prompt in getting back to us and we love the system and it works great. I can't recommend these guys enough. read more

HORRIBLE company. 14 months ago they came into my brand new condo to snake the master shower drain. The guy didn't know what he was doing. Thought he had to remove the toilet in order to snake the shower. He realized this was unnecessary but not before making an absolute disgusting mess of the bathroom with dirt, soot, and who knows what else all over the floors. He scratched my gorgeous brand new tiles that I had only spent a month with. He left the mess behind. I had to hire a maid as I just had shoulder surgery and couldn't scrub in the way the mess required. Then, after 4 unanswered phone calls and 2 unanswered emails, the manager finally responded and came to visit to look at the scratched tiles. He promised to hire a buddy of his to fix them and then ghosted me. It's been 14 months, several more unanswered phone calls and emails. Horrible horrible horrible company. read more

This company over charges for routine work. I had a technician service an HVAC system in a condo that required a routine flush. The technician came out in a couple of hours, was professional and was in an out in 15 minutes. The bill $250. Ridiculous. When I called to complain, they said they charge out at $125/hr INCLUDING DRIVING TIME. Most other companies have a max service call rate and others have done the same work at half the cost. TPM is listed as a preferred supplier which I am working on removing from our condo complex. Nothing preferred about this company, or their rate, DO NOT use this company. Complete rip off. read more

Oversold us a tankless water heater while assuring we would have sufficient electricity to run the piece of equipment. After a string of text messages confirming we would be able to run the heater once it was installed we had to rewire the unit at a cost greater than the heater itself. The owner offered to pay for half the electrical costs, never did, and has ignored our texts and emails since. Customer service is below average, knowledge of business is poor and you will have to pay more to undo the work they did in your home. Be careful. Seek a plumber with good service, follow up and product knowledge. We have spent thousands of dollars correcting their mistakes. This company is careless and disrespectful of your home. read more

Terrible company website is all fake and alor. They only have two people on staff that do plumbing air conditioner side is terrible they can't even keep a supervisor the one they have on the plumbing side is not any better. They don't return phone calls nor do they do emails. They'll get around to Cheating you as much as they can as all they care about is Emptying your pocketbook out because they see dollar signs is what they see as they have to pay employees that do nothing and that will cheat you in an instant without even thinking about it how they sleep at night I'll never know but beware and stay away unless you want problems along the way! They used to run under a different name and company but that went bankrupt after cheating people out of their money.... Absolutely the best ac/ plumbing company! Tammie is great over phone and sent someone right away!

Had a surprise backup in our condo bath. They came recommended, we called, they agreed to come out that day. Steve arrived, assessed the issue and went to work. A short time later he discovered he needed to snake the system, and started the process. Next thing I knew he was done, the work area was cleaned, and he was on his way. Reasonable rates! We were able to use a Yelp coupon for services which helped with the bill. Will most definitely call them again if needed. read more
