I bought a light for my freightliner century and it turned out to be defective. I did not install the light until after they closed so I called first thing the next morning. Lady was nice and said I could bring it by and they would check to make sure it was defective so they could give me another one. I said perfect I'll be their. So the next day I got stuck in San Diego and called to say I couldn't make it up in time so again I'll be their tomorrow. The next day I had to get another light because I was going to pass a scale and didn't want to get pulled in for the light. Once I showed up I had the light in it's original packaging without any missing items. The lady I spoke to said that I could only get store credit so I said fine no problem I'm willing to do that. As I'm looking around this guy, Giovanni, came out from the back. Turned out to be the owner. He checks the light says it's good. I tell him otherwise and that's when the problems started. I said it might work on your machine because you're going pin by pin and introducing the electricy to each pin. I said it's plug and play so it should work right. Why does the other light I bought work and this one doesn't. So he shut down and now the lady came back in to say I told you have it on the truck so we could see it not working. I said all it's gonna take is 5 mins of your time to walk out..she inturupted and said I'm not going out there. So I said well he can go out there. She said he's busy. I looked over and he's eating a sandwich. So I laughed and said he's busy. Then this other guy, the uncle, came out kind of loud and started saying that's it that's it you have to leave now. Get your light and leave you are being disrespectful and rude you need to respect his lunch time. Again I said all I'm asking is for 5 mins for someone to go out and look at it. Once again they shot me down. Now I'm not one to call the police but right right and wrong is wrong so I told them what do I have to do call the police the BBB I need you guys to take care of this and you wont. The lady says you have every right to do what you want. So I took it like she's calling my bluff. Ok here we go. So I dial give them the info and deputy shows up. I had said out loud I'll hang up if we can take care of this but they said do whatever. Deputy's here he talks to the lady then to me then to them then to me and finally when the guy Giovanni was willing to test the light the deputy backs out because the guy didn't want me in the store and the deputy wasn't going to take light from me and take it inside to have it checked. I told the deputy we can settle this in 10 mins. Go inside check it with him. He's willing to do that. Then maybe when he comes out he'll want to see just out of curiosity if the light doesn't work on the truck. I mean I would just to prove somebody wrong. By now it's been 30 mins and the deputy is getting tired so he finally says you're just gonna have to take them to small claims court. So that's where we're at. I didn't come with any intention to cause trouble or bother the police with this but I felt they were being unfair and I was willing to accept store credit so I was looking for a refund or hand out. I work hard for my money as I'm sure they do but $280.00 is not something I'm willing to give away. So I guess I'll have to waste time and money on this small claims deal but hopefully the judge will understand all I wanted was for them to make it right. read more

I own a car hauling transport business. every time I go in there no matter who it is whether it's the owner the wife or the son I get great customer service. I sometimes go buy a small light and i ask about all these other parts & prices just to get a heads up of the cost for future projects or modifications and they are always happy to answer any questions. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner does not treat his customers in the right way. He was going off on me in front of my young daughter, when i asked him a simple question about a truck part. I STRONGLY recommend that you dont come here. read more
