Bought from there about 18 months ago. Deal included floor mats. Have asked for the floor mats each time I've been in since and they are just never in. Sold paint coverage then refused to fix a scratch on paint. Had a recall on the bumper. Scheduled recall and oil change together. Nice location, but after waiting almost 2 weeks just to get an appointment, then arriving 5 minutes early for a 1:30 pm appointment (10k service: oil change, tire rotation) it is now 3pm and they have just now rolled my car into the shop. I guess if I just showed up this would be fine, but after waiting for an appointment, and then another 1.5 hours after my appointment (just start) that just stinks. The Toyota care is free, as long as your time has no value. Update: 3:25 car is finally done. Update the service writer John was extremely apologetic and took his time explaining everything. My brother have 2017 Toyota Tacoma, bought brand new and it has 38000 miles now, look like his torque converter or transmission is mess up and slipping on low speed. We take it to this dealer and they were trying to confuse with extended warranty and basic power train warranty which is 5 years or 6 years 60000 miles. I was trying to asked service writer and he keep refusing it. I called Toyota customer service and they said it covered up to 60000 miles. Long story short, I'll not recommend to anyone who need service on their car or truck. We won't going back either. read more

the worst experience ever!!!! I took my Lexus rx350 to have a scratch repaired and it took them 2 weeks because of haggling with my insurance company. meanwhile, I am paying out of pocket for a car rental while they try and squeeze as much money out of my insurance co as they can. Also, I left the truck with them with 1/4 shy of a full tank of gas and when I got the vehicle back the tank was on empty!!!! they claim that they only drove it six miles but that was a bold face lie!!!! disgusted! I wish I had the option to give this place zero stars! Unfortunately, the car sales business has a bad reputation of ripping customers off and I definitely witnessed it. They are so kind in the beginning to get you to buy a vehicle but once in that vehicle and say you have a "we-owe" (items that you point out to the salesperson that you would like fixed on a pre-owned vehicle upon purchase that they promise to make right i.e. a scuff marks on the bumper) they go back on their word. Not only do they go back on their word but they make you feel like it's YOUR fault. There was no apology for the situation I observed/experienced, just passing the blame to others who were involved in the process. No accountability, no sympathy, no professionalism. The sale is all they care about. If you expect the salesperson to followup on calls, best of luck to you. You truly have a right to go anywhere you choose to purchase a car and I also have a right to share my experience and to NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone, I love or despise. I'm used to great customer service in any business and everyone one knows that when you take good care of a customer they recommend others to your business, but in contrast, if you Don't receive good customer service, word of mouth of that experience has a greater impact. Take home message: There used to be a time when businesses would bend over backwards to EARN your loyalty. It used to be time where businesses would be accountable for their mistake. Not my most unpleasant experience at a dealership but it definitely wasn't my best. Don't expect to be able to get back in touch with your finance person after completing documents, they ignore you. I requested several times to have numbers, from my salesman, before purchasing my vehicle and was never shown anything before being sent to finance. Skip this dealer altogether. Toyota makes a good product but this place especially their service department is a joke. The whole setup is terrible with just an illusion of organization. Schedule service weeks in advance to be nickel and dimed just to find out what might be wrong with your car. Then most of the time you bring the car at the scheduled time to find out 5 hours later that they ordered the wrong part. Happened to me more than once. If you have a maintenance package with them, you hopefully got it free, they have you come in every 3k-5k miles but only really change the oil every 10k miles. So if you have a three year or 30k mile service agreement they'll only have changed your oil three times during that time. Not going to debate whether you should change the oil more often or not. The main point being that they use this service as a selling point and really don't disclose upfront that this is the practice they use. The service department is the way most dealers make money but this place charges way more than any other service department I've dealt with. You're better off buying a part online and finding a local shop to install it. You could possibly save yourself a lot of $$$. If you really want a Toyota I'd recommend going someplace else. read more

I would almost give Murfreesboro Toyota a 1 star if it had all been totally bad. It is a very nice place, friendly but very time consuming. This is 2018 with a lot of technology. My husband and I went their to buy a car. I can understand a couple of hours but not the length of time we spent. We got there about one o'clock and left at after 8pm. There has to be a BETTER way to make the process quicker. We asked for my daughter in laws nephew. He was very nice and helpful. I am sure he knew what he was doing and processes where no fault of his. It was a hot day and he was nice enough to go get the cars we wanted to see and bring to us. He had to go by himself to get two cars one used one and one new one. This alone was very time consuming. They are not parked close by. There was about 10 other salesman standing outside pitching ball and socializing. They could go help another salesman bring cars to the front. If someone walks in don't wait till the last minute to run credit report and gather the information on insurance, do you have the title etc. If a person is interested then all person that will be involved start thinking what they would need from the client asap. My husband sit in the finance office 3 hours and he is a diabetic and I got worried about him. The finance was very helpful but 3 hours is too long to get anything done. I was there with my husband and we had a dog with us which was no fault of their problem but 7 HOURS TO BUY A CAR. RIDICULOUS, FRUSTRATING, TIRING. They need to work as a team. The floor manager of the salesman was nice if we ask questions and he checked on the salesman once but he should be more involved to making the process work faster. Thinking a head is a key process. It is as good as it is managed. read more
