This wasn't just any car they worked on. It was our beloved family car -- the one I learned to drive in, the one we took on so many road trips and made so many memories in. We trusted them to take care of it after a wooden plank damaged the hood and windshield. Big mistake. They had our car for weeks, and when we finally got it back, it was in far worse condition. The interior was filthy. The leather seats were completely ruined. The fender trim on both front tires is hanging on by a thread. The sunroof has stains, and the interior compartment cover is broken. How does that even happen during a repair job? There was zero care or professionalism in how they handled our vehicle. It felt like they just didn't care. What should've been a simple repair turned into an even bigger mess, and now we're left cleaning up after their poor work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had an accident back in 2023 and they supposedly fixed it and returned it although it did have to…read morego back for a adjustments which never were quite right. 2024 the car was hit in the same place and we took it to a different repair shop who knew what they were doing. They discovered a lot of improper repairs done under the skin where the customer couldn't see it that Ford of Murfreesboro had covered up. It had to stay in the new shop for an additional week to have the improper repairs fixed properly and then their work to finished. Do not trust for Ford of Murfreesboro you don't know what's below the surface. The general manager of Ford of Murfreesboro got involved and discussed with the other shop what had happened but he refused to make it right with me. I paid them a $500 copay for work done improperly that I had to rent an additional car for while their work was corrected.

The staff is VERY helpful. They made is easy to get to the rental car, they gave me updated information when asked, and they fixed my car within the time frame they anticipated. My car needed a new hood and headlight and it looks great. My only disappointment was that my car was not cleaned after it was repaired. Granted, a body shop is a messy place, but my car waited outside for me to retrieve it and got rained on as well. It looked terrible, even though it had a brand new hood. I'm sure this is being picky, but that's me. ( I washed it and can assure you the hood and headlight look exactly as expected.) My insurance paid everything but my deductible, so there were no surprises at that end. I would highly recommend this team. They are professional, considerate and good communicators. And the car looks great.
