Emilio the sales person was great communicating. We agree to a number I would be comfortable agreeing to before driving 3 1/2 hrs to their dealer. I get to the dealer and the car is not even there. I get to sit around for 15-20 min because the car is still getting an oil change when I get there. After them knowing I was on my way and knowing around what time I was gonna get there. They finally pull the car around. The car has a hit that was not shown in pictures. The windshield has 2 very sizable chips and the tires are dated to 2023 but they feel like hockey pucks due to how dry rotted and cracked they are. Obviously no one in their right mind is gonna agree to pay 30k for a car that needs at the most minimum a new windshield and tires. Robert, the terrible manager there or whatever position he holds. Explains to me that even though those things were not disclosed and are not able to be noticed in a picture. He will absolutely not help me at all in price because he had already brought it down before I agreed to drive out. So obviously im getting pissed. Smart person Robert offers to zip tie or tape up the bumper so it doesn't look like its loose. THEY 3M TAPED IT!! 30k car again. Then I get mad so im just done with this bullshit so I decide to leave. Im my way out. Not so smart Robert offers me to swap our the wheels and tired ( and take care of that labor) from the car I was trading in so that he can make the sale. My car has 18inch base tires. The car they were selling came with 20in premium alloy wheels. This goober ( cant call him what I really want to) really tried to steal more value from me so that he can make a sale. Absolutely no respect shown to the costumer after driving more than 3 hours to see them!!!! Cant trust this guys! ! DONT BUY THE 2022 RX 350 THEY HAVE LISTED IF THEY DONT DISCLOSE THE MASSIVE CHIPS ON THE WINDSHIELD, THE FRONT BUMBER BEING 3M TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THEY HIT IT AND THE MICHELIN TIRES THAT THEY CLAIM ARE GOOD BECAUSE THEY ARE FROM 2023 BUT ARE HARDER THAN THE TUMOR OF STUPIDITY GROWING ON THE MANAGERS ROBERTS BALDING HEAD

I chose to do business with them because this place had something that every big name dealership within a 100 mile radius lacked- INTEGRITY! I went to a lot of dealerships & called even more places before I found this gem. Tony made the process so easy & straightforward from the beginning. He is a good & honest man. He was transparent & fair with pricing. He gave me time & space to check out the vehicles I was interested in. He answered all of my questions & didn't try to upsell me. He could have taken advantage of a situation where I had made an error with the payment purchase of the vehicle, but he didn't! I am so thankful Tony!!! I don't believe that any other place would have done this. I also want to add that the upholstery job that was done though him was done amazingly. We still using his services & will be coming here to buy our next vehicle. Side Note: The other places will look at you straight to your face, lie with a smile & pretend to empathize with you. Once they've sat you down & gained enough trust, they slither around like shrewd snakes to extract as much information as they can to seduce you into financing a vehicle at the highest price they can get you to pay ($3,000-$5,000 more than advertised) even when you've previously expressed what you do/don't want!

My experience here was better than I expected…read more I came here because I needed to get my convertible roof top replaced since I recently bought a used convertible from their sister dealership in Austin called Austin Expo Cars. The top came with a torn roof and I had an agreement signed with them stating that they will replaced it with a brand new one after I bought the car. Sure enough, a few weeks later they shipped the new roof top to Uptown Imports and I was to directly coordinate with them from there on out. My main point of contact was Narius Irani, or also known as "Wally". I was apprehensive at first because I wasn't sure how well he would be able to get a hold of or how professional he would be. I had instances in the past where I would try calling other businesses three times, leave voice mails and text, and not get a reply back until a few days later (I opt not to mention who or where at this point). Wally was an exceptional person who answered all my calls and responded to voice mails promptly. He handled my (stressful) situation well by setting a solid date on when I could have the roof fixed and even scheduled for me to pick it up on a Sunday (closed). I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism offered and would recommend contacting him for your next business. It may not seem like much, but when you have other people owing you parts and labor worth a lot of money and the only proof is a small piece of "I owe you" paper, the "unknown" factor scares you. I'm just glad I did not have to go through my company lawyer for this one! In the end, although I did not purchase a car from them, I had the pleasure of dealing with Uptown Imports. Just FYI, my roof was repaired by Joe Ram. He did a fantastic job on my convertible and put emphasis on quality. One of the straps that he was going to re-use was broken and I had it replaced at no cost. I believe others would have just re-used it.

I purchased a vehicle online from Uptown Imports after being assured by Angello that everything was…read morein good condition. However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple issues that were not disclosed prior to the sale. The audio system is defective, with severe distortion even at low volume. I specifically asked about the radio as it looked like it was post-factory installed. The vehicle came with only one key, which was in terrible condition (I'd rate it 7 out of 100). On top of that, the car was never detailed before it was shipped -- the interior was dirty, and the engine bay was filled with leaves and debris, which is shocking for a vehicle with only 38,000 miles. The doors had glue all over them as someone had taken them apart and tried to put them together. None of this was mentioned beforehand and the list can go on! I contacted Angello immediately to address these issues, but after multiple attempts, I've received no response except "I will forward your message to the director" I got a loan for the can and cannot register it in California because Uptown imports did not send the pink slip to the DMV or to the bank (as they are supposed to) Eventually they ended up sending it to me! (WHAT?) How are they in business of selling cars if they don't even know what to do with the pink slip?! This level of communication and customer service is completely unacceptable. If a business can't stand behind what it sells--or even respond after the sale--that speaks volumes. I've waited long enough for a resolution and am extremely disappointed in how this was handled. Buyers... beware!
