I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT! I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! They have 3 very clean and convenient facilities in Everett. On Rucker you can drive INSIDE on 2 levels! There is also a moving truck available. Go use one of these facilities....NOW! :)

We had driven there 45 minutes before and did not want to waste a trip to get the unit we put on hold. After calling THREE TIMES, they were closed for "health and safety reasons," with no SIGN, NOTICE OR KNOWLEDGE BY THE PEOPLE ON THE LINE. Good luck with this place, unless their service is STELLAR when we actually see them, I don't see myself updating this review.

My storage unit price has never changed since I moved in. I pay on autopay so my monthly payment is on time and always the same. I love the easy access off Hwy 9 in Lake Stevens. I love that I can stop by just about anytime I need. I have previously rented at other storage units in Everett and have been broken into multiple times.

I rented the unit online and picked up the keys in person the next day. It couldn't have been easier. Kayla from the front office was super helpful and got me set up in about 5 mins. I almost never leave reviews, but felt compelled to as the other 2 negative reviews I saw on here from years ago don't seem to represent the current state of this place.
