She promptly apologized and said it was a busy night and she did not check the pizza as it was boxed. She then offered a refund which I appreciated and took my card number and phone number telling me she would text when she processed the refund. Two days later and still no follow up. I had errands to run, so I stopped in and spoke to Gordon at the front counter. He again apologized and told me Mary who I spoke to was one of the owners. I was not very happy to hear that customer service here is completely lacking. He then asked what he could do to make it up and gave me a refund on the spot. It made me unhappy to have to go in person and explain what happened once more. I have been a long time customer of 9 Miles East and have even subscribed to their home delivery and I mostly enjoyed patronizing them regularly as I really do like their food.
