Small Veggie and Meat Lovers Pizza
    Megan C.

Last minute dinner idea means PIZZA! We ordered one small veggie (with broccoli instead of olives) and meat lovers pizza and they were ready for pickup in 20 minutes! Great staff and safety measures were stellar. Pizza definitely hit the spot for the evening! Highly recommend for any quick or last minute food!

Pretty meh! Pizza was fresh but lacked characteristic taste. Toppings were generous but the sauce was the thing that lacked deep flavor.

The owners were wonderful to us. We've eaten at their tavern many times. I recommend the caeser salad with grilled chicken, the jumbo shrimp appetizer, and the salmon, which was made to perfection. The beer selection is well pretty wide. All craft or micro beers most from New England but a few further afield. If you are a sour beer fan this place is for you . It would be like a Christmas any month of the year. I am not a sour beer fan, in fact I really detest them. But if you like them, you will in a very happy place here. I had the Stone Corral Oktoberfest (Richmond Vermont). It was a pretty fine take on a . Marzen style ale. We shared a pretzel and the cheese board. The pretzel was your typical enormous soft pretzel. This one was just at should be fresh, slight chewy crust and soft inside. The Dijon mustard dip was good. The cheese board was huge enough for two for a lunch . A Brie like cheese, a pungent delicious blue cheese and a smooth but distinct hard cheese as well as a nice fruit jam , some slices of salami and actual fresh green grapes . Good service and pleasant staff. I didn't have them but the oysters look good and the prices for oysters on the half were quite reasonable

Wow....just wow…read more Everything was perfect. 5 Giant stars. 9 thumbs up. The Ceasar salad was the best I have ever eaten, and I consider myself a Ceasar salad snob, a CC conesuier if you will. The fresh peas delicately mixed with the pork lardons and crushed romano crotons were sheer bliss. I will never forget this salad as it now rules as my gold standard. We wanted to hug the chef. Everything tasted like it was scratch made with love using fresh seasonal ingredients; this includes the pork dumplings which you must try during your lifetime!! I could drink that sauce. I usually take pictures of the food but it was devoured in what seemed like seconds. Staff was super friendly and very good at their jobs. When you are looking for the place remember that it is tucked away, bordering on hidden, so look up directions because Waze won't bring you right in front of the place. Great for lunch. Indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter and choose a table. Very efficient system. Can't wait to return for the burgers (Vermonters call them 'meat pattys') with fried green tomatoes! Kudos. Thank you to Yelp for helping us find this undiscovered treasure.

It looked pretty but tasted average. The brussel sprouts were just fried, no flavor, no balsamic, nothing. Bland ! The green beans were drowned in garlic which saved them. Espresso martinis were good. The yellow fin tuna appetizer was decent and the crispy rice it was served on was tasty. Still on the bland side.. more rice than tuna. We ordered a winter salad to go and it was literally such a joke of a salad, especially for the price. A handful of mixed greens, two tiny slivers of squash, a sprinkle of red onion, disgusting dressing, and a quarter sized amount of cranberries. Little 2oz cup of goat cheese (which was the best part). Absolutely laughable. We ordered the tartufo flatbread and again, just bland. Didn't taste any truffle and it just wasn't great. The best thing I had by far was the brownie with icecream. Definitely the best part of the gigantic meal we had.
