Just want to start out by thanking Vic, Chris, Matt and Jack for their effort and excellent service. My truck was hit AGAIN and there wasn't a seconds hesitation on where I was taking it. The quality of their work and the personal touch they bring to the table is second to none. I've read a few reviews on people saying that it took longer than they expected but, as someone who's mother worked at Noyes Insurance for over 30 years can attest, there is the original diagnosis and then when they start taking the vehicle apart there is a supplemental diagnosis for unseen damage that cannot be seen by the adjuster. When this occurs Vic fights for original parts and to make sure your vehicle is 100% and nothing less. Getting it done properly and the quality of their work is what matters. My car got in rear-ended in an accident in October. Even tho my car is very old, I really love my car and wanted to keep it. Victor was very nice and got my car in very fast and explained everything to me regarding different options which ways it could be repaired and how much it would cost. He also told me not to open my trunk before I bring it into the shop because I might not have been able to close it. They looked at my car the same day of the accident! Luckily my insurance covered this accident but he was really upfront with me about everything which is amazing because I don't know much about cars. My car's trunk was misaligned due to the accident and it had a big crack in the bumper as well. My car looks amazing now after the accident! You would never know it was ever damaged and honestly looks brand new. Thank you so much to Victor and his team for fixing my car. They were all very nice and did such an amazing job. I experienced a deer strike and the gentlemen here were above and beyond! They were quick to respond to my request as the whole driver's side front fender to back door were damaged. They made my car fresh again and shined it up to boot! I just saw them again for a window issue and in and out again! Nice job guys!! This shop is not trustworthy or reliable. They took almost a week longer than promised on the repairs. They also under quoted me to get the car in the shop then called with additional fixes. That may work for an insurance claim, but I was forthright that we were paying out of pocket and wanted to know the full cost up front. I was also told they could work with us because it wasn't going through insurance. That was a lie. As for the workmanship, the repairs looked as expected which is what I could have gotten at any other repair shop. I would never recommend this place. read more

A few weeks ago, my son's car was clipped by an Amazon delivery truck in our driveway. It was recommended to us to go to Townsend Collision in Shirley and things couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Insurance took care of everything, but what we got back was not only a terrific repair job, but our car was SPOTLESS upon its return. Outside, inside - shiny and new. I have another vintage car I've been contemplating having patched up and repainted. I'd like to take time to write a review about Townsend collision center Victor and Chris are the most amazing and most professional men I've met my life they made me feel right at home they made me feel like family they took care of me as such my car was not easy to deal with to see the least but yet Victor and Chris took good care of me and made sure that when I left there I was completely satisfied there was a lot of things that needed to be taken care and Victor made sure it was done even though it wasn't a collision issue it was an electrical issue he made sure it was able to be driven to my mechanic to be taken care of he made sure I was safe and I can't thank him enough for that I highly recommend Townsend collision for all your collision needs these gentlemen at the shop are kind kind-hearted warm welcoming very easy to deal with and I highly recommend this clean shop very busy shop I would highly recommend this collision center for all your needs they had my car ready within one week which was the shorter time than what they had quoted me I was extremely happy with the job it was beautiful you would never known I had had an accident with my car thank you gentlemen for all your hard work you do amazing work have a wonderful summer have wonderful holidays thank you again Maureen parlon and again thanks to all your hard work Maureen parlon read more

They went absolutely above and beyond what they had to do for my car when I wrecked my bumper. From spending a week trying to find my rare decals (And in the end, replacing them all with even better ones), to replacing all four hubcaps with gorgeous new ones, to the excellent restoration job on all of the damage. My wife was in a minor car accident in early August. It was our first time having to go through this process and we had many questions to ask as we were unaware of the process. We decided on Townsend Collision Center after evaluating two other auto body shops and without question it was the best decision we made. They are very professional, thorough, friendly and responsive. Andy, office manager, is fantastic to work with. He's knowledgeable, great at explaining the process of working with insurance companies, and he RETURNS phone calls (unheard of these days). The shop is very clean, and the employees are presentable and genuinely look like they enjoy working there and take pride in what they do. We picked up our car when they said it would be ready (again unheard of). They did a fabulous jobs addressing all the issues and restoring our car back to looking and running great. This is the second time I have needed the services of this establishment . Last accident ,my car was totaled ,so I could not comment on the auto body work then, however the professionalism was outstanding .. This time ,they were very quick to apprise my car , get the paperwork to my insurance company ,and even though Victor said they were " a little backed up " my car was done in 8 days as was stated on the appraisal. The men that work here are true masters of their craft, and everyone is extremely polite and professional. While I hope to not need their services any time soon, I will most certainly go back to them in a heartbeat if necessary!! read more
