Work completed ahead of schedule too, a nice bonus. Rick provided the detailed estimates shortly after requesting quotes. My truck was a dark blue metallic and I was a bit concerned about a good paint match as these colors can be tricky to blend in with the factory finish. Not only that but when I went in to pick up my car, the man at the desk (might've been the owner I'm not sure) was so professional and kind. He went over the paperwork and bill with me to ensure I understood everything. He was respectful, put things in layman's terms, and I did not feel rushed out the door. But what really stood out to me was that he spoke to me directly and not automatically my husband, who came with me. That's a huge deal to me because as a woman, oftentimes car people will just assume a man is in charge and only want to talk to them. You can just tell that these people really care about their customers and aren't cutting corners.
