These guys are simply awesome!!! They know how to take care of repeat customers (yes sadly I use the word repeat) The work they do there is great. They are honest and don't try to do more work that is needed. I HIGHLY recommend Fine Lines. And the cars crashing into the building is a pretty cool idea. read more

Customer service is outstanding. I had a recent repair involving the roof of my car and antenna, Patrick was in touch with me throughout the process, keeping in touch. Bethany at the desk met me initially and explained everything I needed to know about the process and what to expect. They coordinated with my insurance company, so by the time I made the appointment everything was in place. When I dropped the car off Bethany again explained everything. All around stress free experience due to their commendable customer service. And the finished job was beautiful. Well done! read more

I was referred to this body shop by my Insurance Agent (USAA). Upon arriving for the appointment for the initial estimate, the expert, who may have had some sort of medical condition... or may have been highly intoxicated at 10:00-ish AM informed me they do not perform repairs for aluminum body vehicles, such as my 2019 Ford F-150. Sure would have been nice to know before hand as to not waste a week of my life. Strangely, this afternoon I received a presumably standard document in the mail from them... "Thank you for allowing us to complete an estimate on your vehicle... etc... etc... etc... "we can repair your vehicle." Not able to give them zero stars and giving one extra for the gal that tried to help me with the repair service before the drunk guy showed up. read more

Part 5. Don't know what happen to the rest of my review but FINE LINES never should have let me drive my unsafe car ! This place is horrible. Please check out other places. Every business I have visited in Brookline has been a horrible experience ! Never going back to that town read more

STAY AWAY from this business. The individual who repaired my car is either incompetent or simply did not care. The individual tore down the vehicle as he should have, but then he used damaged parts that were on the car when I was rear ended to help put it back together. The whole back seal of my trunk looked like he took a pair of pliers and tried to bend all the metal into the correct shape and then didn't even finish putting everything back together. The car had a consistent rattle that i had multiple businesses try to chase down with no luck. "Zak" told me he would take care of me and all he did was put forth a pathetic effort that is honestly embarrassing for him and the business owners. I contacted them after the fact and, of course, they disputed these claims. I then brought my car to another body shop and had them perform another review of the car and the work done... the second body shop said there was no other way to fix the damage that Fine Lines caused other than to tear it all down and redo everything. He was truly shocked and could not believe a shop would give a customer their car back in the condition it was in. Word of advice for anyone seeking a body shop... STAY AWAY! read more

Please, folks. I hope the positive reviews detailing the really, really cool cars crashing into the building outside don't fool you. Nothing on the inside is cool at all. Brought my truck in to get fixed after an accident. It took almost 4 weeks to fix. Had to constantly call them for updates, because they WILL NOT call you. I would call and they would say one thing, and my wife would call and they would say the opposite. The plastic on covering the roof rack tracks was missing (although I didn't notice it until a week later). They were supposed to get a new step pad for my rear bumper. Again, "We'll call you when it comes in." Never happened. I'm sure they had no problem charging my insurance for it. I guess the work done was ok, since the truck is still in one piece. It would've been nice if they could've at least TRIED to get new parts instead of used ones. This place will do nothing but waste your time. Go to Gate City in Nashua if you need body work done. read more

Really great work- Brian, Laura and Jen take the pain of an accident and turn it into a positive experience- truly great work. Second time using them... recently they worked with me on an Elantra and now they are handling a claim for me on an accent. They work with EVERY SINGLE INSURANCE COMPANY! They also linked me right up with BUDGET RENT A CAR. Budget billed my insurance and was able to put me into a new, clean, fun to drive car. All around amazing 5 star service by all! read more

Fine Lines is awesome, I had to get a door molding painted and a friend of mine recommended Fine Lines and I'm glad I went. The work was done quickly and the paint matched perfectly. Everyone was really helpful, the guy who did the work offered to install the molding for no charge without me asking and after that he gave me the leftover paint to use as touch-up paint. Overall the whole experience was fantastic and I'd definitely recommend them to my friends. read more

So, I've been emailing them for 3 days trying to speak to someone about a quote: no return calls. I've emailed them: no return emails. When I call to speak with someone, I'm assured, they'll call me back before the end of day... that hasn't happened. I grew up watching my folks run a very successful business. When they saw other business owners not taking care of customers they'd say, "They're too independent to care.." Well, that's the impression I'm left with from these folks. read more

I had the opportunity to use their services few time. I found them very efficient. They deal with insurance company, rental car people, etc. I didn't need to do anything. They took my car, left me a rental and brought my car when it was ready. They delivered the car in the time frame they promised. I know who to call if I ever need my car body work. They have worked on at least 4 of our vehicles over the years and have become our preferred location for body work - even after years, one can not tell that any work was done on the vehicle. They are friendly, thoughtful, and very helpful. Even willing to replace a broken mirror on my vehicle (mirror frame fine - so no body work). read more

Cannot be trusted for an insurance estimate! My car was struck by a customer of Liberty Mutual Insurance. After taking my car to a body shop run by somebody I have known for 25 years to get an estimate, I was forced by Liberty Mutual to take my car to Fine Lines for an estimate. Fine Lines, working on behalf of the insurance company, low-balled the estimate, coming up with an estimate of only 70% of the correct cost to do the repair. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Fine Lines did a repair on my car and it looks great. The service was also top-notch, and my car was returned just when they said it would be. Having lived in town here for 25+ years, this was the first time I needed their services, and they managed my repair, billing, insurance, and a loaner rental with great professionalism and efficient service. I am very pleased with all they did! read more

Very dissatisfied I had used fine line several times in the past with great success. But this year my car was involved in two seperate accidents the first time I was told my car was ready I arrived to find unsastifactory work which they made corrections. The following week I had to return my car to them since they forgot to reconnect the power mirror. Two months later I was involved in a second accident once again I was called and told my car was ready and arrived to find the paint chips on freshly painted areas of the car. I rejected the work and they held my car for another week and half to make correction. This time I arrived to find a poor job blending the new paint with the existing paint. In addition they never installed any of the factory plugs and seam tape and my passengers door is not closing properly. As a result of this I am working with my insurance company to take corrective action else where. In addition they also insisted on me lying my deductible and tried to offer me $100.00 cash to sign off on it. read more
