The quality of their work and the personal touch they bring to the table is second to none. I've read a few reviews on people saying that it took longer than they expected but, as someone who's mother worked at Noyes Insurance for over 30 years can attest, there is the original diagnosis and then when they start taking the vehicle apart there is a supplemental diagnosis for unseen damage that cannot be seen by the adjuster. When this occurs Vic fights for original parts and to make sure your vehicle is 100% and nothing less. Getting it done properly and the quality of their work is what matters. I haven't seen anyone in the area who paints any better than Matt and my truck looks brand new. They are the best around

He also told me not to open my trunk before I bring it into the shop because I might not have been able to close it. They looked at my car the same day of the accident! Luckily my insurance covered this accident but he was really upfront with me about everything which is amazing because I don't know much about cars. My car's trunk was misaligned due to the accident and it had a big crack in the bumper as well. My car looks amazing now after the accident! You would never know it was ever damaged and honestly looks brand new. Thank you so much to Victor and his team for fixing my car. They were all very nice and did such an amazing job. He explained all procedures clearly and contacted us in every step. He also communicated with our insurance company well and advocated on our behalf. Technicians there are skillful and diligent. They mixed our paint color and made it identical to the paint of other parts of our car. John worked on our car after he decided not to go on vacation. Finally, our car's back looks like brand new. And they even detailed all inside of our car. What a great service! Finding a reliable body shop is not an easy thing. My wife and I were really grateful that we found DSC Auto Body.

Not many people want to tackle this kind of project. He got the area covered that most likely will get dinged. He had to make a template himself because I brought the whole bike in with trim pieces installed, including my Indian Head Fender light. So he had to work around it. This is a bit of a challenge vs. bringing just the fender but it looks good. For those of you that experience this same problem with stone chips, or even better, when you first get your new bike, bring it here and have him cover the top front half of your fender to possibly save yourself a repaint someday like I had to do.
