Bumper looks absolutely flawless. Obviously it is brand new but the work on it is exceptional as well. It looks like the bumper never had a problem and it looks like my car is brand new. It was so shiny and pretty. They cleaned the thing, inside and out. Vacuumed my interior and washed the exterior. Cleaned the outside of my tires so they are wicked black and gorgeous. It all looks amazing, the chrome on my car was just gorgeous. None of this was affected but they took the time to wash it down and just take pride in their work. They had to get the paint for my bumper and i had rust in my rear wheel wells inside my doors and that was sanded down and painted. No more rust worries there! They did some paint touch ups around the outside which was just really nice. It never bothered me, the rust was a tad scary but i didn't care too much. This car looked nicer when i picked it up from Marshall's than when i bought the car used a few months ago! topping was that we got a pack of cookies when we went in for the keys and papers, wicked good cookies too. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The staff at Acton Autobody were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the repair process, provide a clear estimate, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. This was thru insurance so I can't really speak on the pricing, but they completed the job in a timely manner even though parts have been pretty hard to come by these days. Mike went above and beyond with communication, both with myself and my insurance company. And - perhaps most important of all - Mike cared about me, my safety, and making sure I was comfortable at all steps of the repair process. He's just "good people." He mentioned that the owner, Herman was out for the weekend but would be back on Monday. Herman contacted me on Monday after my car was towed to their shop to discuss the timeframe and details of the job. I was quite concerned and wanted to make certain the job was done right! Herman worked with my insurance company to make sure I received OEM parts for my car as he explained that the insurance company had only provided an estimate for aftermarket parts. Herman kept in close touch throughout the 3 week process of having my car repaired. I was also very concerned about the vinyl hood covering and he made sure he took it to a shop that did the job correctly instead of trying to "fudge it" himself. My car was ready the week he promised however there was one small detail that Herman took care of immediately after I brought the car back for him to correct the issue. When I got my car back, I found several problems, including peeling paint, loose windows, and poorly installed doors that made rattling noises. I had to return my car multiple times because every time I picked it up, I found new issues. I also discovered that my insurance company had paid to replace parts such as the front bumper and the door handle, but they were never replaced. The side mirror was simply glued back on. After I confronted them, they admitted the mistake, ordered the parts, and finally installed them, causing even more delays. This review is based on my personal experience. I have to say, I was very happy with this place, particularly the service of the mechanics that work there and their willingness to help me, despite my strange requests. That's the short story. The long story is, I noticed a very unpleasant smell in my car (a few months after I spilled some bean juice in my car, and I thought I had cleaned it up). It seemed to be coming from the back seat, so I went crazy trying to mask/clean it. i used baking soda, whole bottles of Fabreeze, even bleach, still no luck. Finally, I decided I had to look underneath my seat (its a bench seat) to see if there was some kind of bean juice cesspool growing down there. Now, I have no idea how to get this seat up, so I had no choice but to swallow my embarrassment and ask help from someone that would know. I'm sure these guys thought I was crazy, but they were very nice to me all the same, and obliged my request to pull the seat up. They didn't notice it at first, but when they pulled up a cloth sound barrier, it hit them like a wall! They recommended I replace it and even called dodge to see if they had a part for me, but they couldnt find it. I endued up wiping down the underside of the seat and bleaching the sound barrier. Car has smelled fine ever since! So basically, I was just really happy that these guys were willing to help me and didnt give me as many strange looks as I probably deserved. This may have not been a typical car problem, but I could tell by how they treated me and carried themselves that they were professionals.

Problems are discovered quickly and solutions are provided even faster. What sets theCARS Company apart from any other car shop I've been to is their customer care. Point in case: recommending a cheap buff-and-polish job for the many bumps and scratches on my car as opposed to an extremely expensive paint job. Need another example? They offer discounts and coupons constantly. They don't hide them from you. In fact, make sure to politely ask if they have any available and they will respond honestly.
