Due to Covid, they had every precaution in place. The seating area was closed and they requested that people wait in their cars. They do have one seat available for when your car is in the bay. Fast forward to one week later, the tire is flat again after not being driven since we drove it home from the shop (was on vacation). Brought it back in to diagnose the flat again. This time, they say that there was a metal shard in the tire causing the flat and that 2 of the 5 studs were cross threaded. They were quick to blame Subaru's 'Soft Metal'. They then dismissed the flat tire issue and told me to not drive on it and get a tow for the issue they caused. I then had to bring it to another shop to get the studs replaced out of my own pocket. They draw you in with free flat repairs but the techs are lazy, corner cutting losers who don't care if they ruin your car to get your car out in time. ALSO, they estimated the second time at the shop to be around 20min to get it diagnosed, and we ended up sitting around for over an hour before they got us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EDIT: The cost to fix their screw up came out to be $250

This place had just recently come to Shirley and they have another shop in Fitchburg. I decided to stop in and ask if they could do a few things on my motorhome, I know there bays are not large enough but it was summer and nice out. The next day Keith called and said he talked to the owner and they would be glad to take care of a few things for me as long as the weather stayed nice. After my first visit with my motorhome they seemed to be honest about time, price and what work i needed. I explained that last year we worked the brakes real good on a month long road trip and they needed to probably be changed as well as some other things. They called and said the brakes looked great and just need to get cleaned up and the rust off of them. The were also more than happy to install the new valve extenders I bough since they were taking the tires off anyway. This was early 2015 and since they were honest and did such a great job on all my little motorhome needs I decided to take my truck and my girlfriend's two cars to them for service. So far they have had our motorhome and three vehicles and done outstanding work. Always available to answer your questions or just shoot the bull for a bit. This was exactly the answer I should have gotten from everywhere, but didn't. They gave me a rough estimate and scheduled the work for 2 days later. When I dropped off the car, they said they'd check things out and call with the exact price before starting any work. And they did just that. The work was done by mid-afternoon, and since I couldn't pick up the car until after they closed, they took my credit card over the phone and locked the keys and receipt in the car, after checking to make sure I had another key with me. Great, prompt service, and I was treated well. They answered all of my questions, expanding on details when I wanted clarification. I'll definitely use them for service in the future.
