Pains me to write this review as I've been a customer for over 20 years and typically have nothing…read morebut good things to say, and they have helped me out of many jams. They have even fixed minor problems, and refused any sort of payment multiple times. My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

My car was not starting properly and it appeared that perhaps my battery might be an issue. I…read moretried to get my regular mechanic to look at this but his shop is not open on weekends. I also tried to get the dealer and was given an appointment date for 2 weeks later. After calling around to a few chain auto places, I spoke with 2 individuals at this Firestone location. They informed me that they are very busy that Saturday but if I can bring my car in, they can take a look at the battery. I did not get around to bringing my car in on that Saturday but called Firestone again to see if I can get an appointment for Sunday morning. I was very fortunate that they have a lot for 11:00 am Sunday morning. Took my car in at around 10:45 Sunday morning and explained to Luis (who was helping me) the issue I have been experiencing. He said it would take about one to one and a half hours to change the battery (if it needed to be replaced), My wife picked me up and we left the Firestone store to run some other errands. I got a call from Firestone at around 11:30 and Luis informed me that my battery is fine. They are not sure why I am having problems with starting but did notice a loose connection to the battery and have tightened this for me. Went back to Firestone to pick up my car and Luis told me to run the car for a bit to recharge the battery. And if I continue to have problems, I can bring it back for further investigation. No charge since checking battery is free at Firestone. My whole experience with Luis and the team there was excellent. No hassle and very honest and easy to deal with. They were upfront with me on everything - unlike most of my previous experience at other auto places. Kudos to Luis - great job and an exemplary employee for that location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in with a simple issue -- state inspection. Within a minute, they "revised" their story and said it was actually the rear wiper that supposedly needed replacing -- and suddenly I would pass after all. The whole situation reeked of either incompetence or dishonesty. Between the upselling scare tactics, the contradictions, and the clear lack of integrity, I will never come back here and I strongly recommend others steer clear. There are plenty of honest shops out there that won't try to take advantage of you -- this is not one of them.

Worst service ever! VERY BAD! Rip off artists...horrible attitudes! Bought a new 2018 Pilot and I…read moretook it there for service for starting and charging issues..and after 3 / 72 mile trips each way for the same unresolved issue they told me my car was ready... but when I got there , started my car, it had the same error reading on my dash.. they then wanted me to bring it back a 4th time! Wow! Well I had enough and let them know.. then some random mechanic starts badgering me.. I asked him if he's not going to fix my car, to get a manager, but he continued to pester me while I was speaking to the service advisor.. I have a n obvious physical disability and have trouble walking and standing...I finally told him to get away from me ! and he got angry and was inches from my face.. I-was getting very nervous by him and avoided even looking at him-and I was clearly upset.. thankfully the service advisor 'Lori' physically pulled him away from me and pulled him all the way back to the shop..while he cont. to shout at me all the way back to the shop! I felt threatened and indeed was threatened by that guy! Wow! That guy should-never have contact with the customer and in fact should be fired.. A real bad liability..The next day I get a call from the GM who simply tried to excuses for their actions... I hope this helps other people make A better choice than I did by bringing my car to Lia Honda!

Scratched my new vehicle in two places before l even picked it up. l saved up for that truck for 40 years. Head mechanic comes out of the garage to look and says and l quote, we're not fixing that.
