My sales rep, Marty, is the most awesome guy. I am very glad to have met him. I can call him anytime to ask question about paint or availability and he is ready to help. Marty spent a lot of time to do research on things I asked him. I was surprised that he provided all the information I needed and offered support. I really appreciate that because it does help me present myself better to my customers. Sherwin Williams is a large national/international company and their product quality is solid. I have used Miller Paint, Valspar and Behr products as well. They are good paint. It's nice that Sherwin Williams has a bigger selection of paint products but it can be a bit confusing. The store has all the supplies I need and prices are reasonable. What I like is their brochures and their online app to help me choose the right colors and preview my project. This is a good company. If you are a painting contractor, you should open an account here.

This company has been very ill-served by internet information. Google has them located at 2065…read moreMadrona Ave SE, which is completely bogus---I drove there to check---and inexplicable to me. Western Tool Supply as a corporate name apparently no longer exists: you will be dealing with the company that purchased them, SouthernCarlson, which specializes in fastening and packaging systems. The new address is 1750 McGilchrist St SE, Ste 160. I made a purchase there today---price was half what mail-order would have cost me. I give three stars only because as a general fine woodworking tool supplier their inventory is now very limited. In terms of pneumatic tools and service, they are five stars, solid. They still carry Whiteside router bits, and some Porter-Cable, Milwaukee, and Makita tools. They operate at a level of professionalism which is not common in Salem and should not be allowed to drop off the Yelp radar screen.

I finally had it with their attitudes and I told them I would be sending a bad review and letting someone know about the horrible rude service I was receiving and they stopped complaining. The manager started by sighing loudly and in a loud voice complain she was trying to take her break when she was asked to help me by an associate. After I told them I would be complaining about them, they changed the tone and instead of complaining to started talking to me like I was stupid... talking to me slowly and loudly. I asked Kris to not speak to me like that and she just laughed. Manager said "make sure you tell them we gave you a discount we didn't have to". Again, rudely. And also told me I didn't know what kind of day she'd had. (So she takes it out on me -the customer???) At this point it wasn't about the discount, it was about the horrible customer service I received in front of all other customers.

The Engineered Vinyl Plank we chose, CoreLuxe Old Dominion Walnut, is double the thickness of local competitors and a fraction of the price. In fact, when I took it in to a competitor to see what they could offer me in that price range, they admired the product and said they didn't have anything comparable without paying far more! 2) Customer Service: In addition to the initial savings, Lumber Liquidators worked to get me an even better price since we were having them install such a large area. They knew me and my order when I called and when part of my order was delayed, they drove it out to my house at no additional cost. We are thrilled with our floors! The installer was fabulous and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our home looks 100 times better!

We're a middle aged couple who live a quiet life. Lumber liquidators central office had us mail an unopened box of flooring in for "testing". They deemed it to be either in standard and free defect. We lived in our last home for 5 years. Never once did our flooring (purchased from a different supplier) become pitted. The product is garbage and they don't stand behind it.
