The McMinnville location has gone downhill with the new store manager. tonight all the lumber carts were in the parking lot and the staff told me to go out and get one. I'll go to Salem next time. or home depot.

Here is her business card.

Store manager CHRISTINA BLACK was very rude. She was paged by another employee to the customer service counter where I needed assistance. She approached the counter, looked at me, & said "what"? I responded, prepared to tell her that I was there on behalf of a local grade school sports team that was hoping for a 5 gallon bucket of paint donation. I didn't even get seconds into what I needed to say before she cut me off & said "what's the point? Get to the point". I asked her who I needed to speak to, to formally complain about her lack of customer service and her response was "you're looking at her". I then asked if there was a phone number or an email address where I could get in contact with someone and her response was " 1-800-Lowes" which isn't even a real phone number including enough digits. I am disgusted at the lack of respect shown by CHRISTINA BLACK. She was brave enough to hand me her business card which I will be posting a photo of.

I'm not sure why others rated so low. I can always find someone to help. And I appreciate having a large hardware store in McMinnville.

Take some bamboo shoots and shove them under your fingernails before coming to this store.

We had the privilege of hearing directly from owner Paul Durant, who shared stories about his family's history, their settling in the Willamette Valley, and the pioneers of Oregon wine country. His passion for the land and commitment to sustainable and ethical farming came through the stories he told. The olive oils were hands down the best I've ever tasted. They have awards to prove they are one of the best in the world. Combined with the incredible wines, beautiful grounds, and warm hospitality, it made for an unforgettable afternoon. Learning the family's story while tasting the products they have poured generations of work into gave us a much deeper appreciation for everything they create. This is the kind of place you remember long after your vacation ends. I'm looking forward to the products being delivered to my home in Orlando!

I also wish they sold it online through their website which sadly they do not I checked, ha ha It is a small smaller winery compared to the other ones we went to in the area, but very cozy and intimate love the outside view as well as the outside heating area as well and the little Nursery that they have on site I wish I have a winery like this back in my hometown. It was just absolutely breathtaking and offered so much.

I'd never heard of this store before but found myself in McMinnville after going to a wine tasting…read more I realized it was approaching rush hour. I needed food something awful. I grabbed some drive through and then saw this store! You know how you are leaving for the airport in a few hours so you put off all your tasks and then realize you have two people you need to have keys made for who are watching your pets while you are gone. Hmmm, I bet that store makes keys... I was genuinely DREADING going back to Beaverton to get keys made because it is always a nightmare to get someone to get someone to come help and it takes forever. This store is friendly from the entrance. Getting a person to help is fast and friendly. Two super cute keys for under $10 in like, maybe 10 minutes - very friendly people through the whole experience and I wanted to do some serious shopping because they had such great house and garden stuff.

Customer service sucks tho, at least for me it does. I never got offered any help even though there was an older lady following us when we went to look at the lawnmowers. Maybe cuz we had a pair of jeans in the cart? Idk but it was weird. Like for real customer service sucks. No one offered us any help and when I asked for help it felt like i was inconveniencing them. A few years back I bought some "prison blues" jeans and I wanted another pair but the new style they have are hella ugly. The merchandise they have can be kinda pricey but if u got it then dont worry about it. I'd go back because I like what they carry but like I said customer service sucks.

If you're lucky enough to be at Mac Market, you're extra lucky as you'll get to shop Sustainable…read moreRituals! They are housed on the right upon entrance, and full of a myriad of treasures. I have purchased several plants, a handmade butter crock, solid shampoo, and a dishwashing soap block and brush. That's just barely scratching the surface! You'll find both standard and bulk bath and body and cleaning products (for refilling your own containers), incense, candles, planters and pots of every sort (some vintage), even pet toys! They also often have gorgeous fresh cut flower bouquets. Prices are very reasonable, particularly for of-the-moment plants like micans, trail of turtles, etc. The employees are sweet and fun, and there is always a fun new item or ten to check out. I end up here most weekends and just enjoy exploring the charming space, even if I don't buy anything. It is a truly lovely spot. Of note, while Mac Market is open 8-8, Sustainable Rituals is open 11-6, so don't make the mistake I once did of grabbing some breakfast at Mac Market and tragically realizing you can't stop here to pick up a pretty plant after. Do, however, make a strategic plan to visit both. You'll get some great groceries and a meal or snacks at Mac Market, then whatever home goods you need (and some you don't, but must have!) from Sustainable Rituals.
