Tower pizza rivals Lombardi's pizzeria in Chelsea NY! We had the pepperoni, artichoke hearts, and garlic pizza as well as the veggie pizza and they were delicious. The ingredients are so fresh and you can definitely tell there are no preservatives used. My friend is sensitive to gluten and she had no issues with this dough, an attestment to the fresh ingredients, quality and no preservatives used! The dough was thin, the crust crunchy but still soft, the perfect balance. Again, if you want NY style pizza Tower Pizza is the place to be! I've gone 3 times. The first time my pizza was amazing. The second it was so burnt. The cheese was hard, there was no sauce, as you can see from the picture it was see through. And the last time I was told a 20 min wait- and I showed up and waiting another 40 minutes at the bar for the pizza. It's very hit or miss unfortunately. read more

Visiting from out of state we wanted some pizza and wings. We called to place our order and we're greeted with an energetic, helpful staff member. She took our order and repeated it back to verify it was correct. When we arrived to pick up our order the staff was enthusiastic and helpful. We were surprised to see their robot Rosie that delivers food to customers tables. This is not something you would expect to see in a mom & pop style place. Pizza was very good, we went for the Italian style with sausage, peppers, onions and mushrooms. The sausage is sliced sausage and sooo good. We also ordered two pounds of Buffalo wings. They were cooked perfect with a little crisp to them. We would recommend this place to anyone. We look forward to dining in and trying the other food on the menu. read more

After having a long day cutting & trimming 30 year old trees in our yard. We wanted to feed all our friends & family who helped us out. Ordered 3 large pizzas. Pepperoni & Jalapeños, another with black olive, artichoke hearts, banana peppers & spinach, the third was garlic, artichoke hearts & bacon! ALL were incredible! I'm going to assume this place has enough support from their regulars and locals. My husband and I sat down, gave our drink order, waited about 15 minutes to receive them and watched 2 tables of people order before us and we arrived before them. I found this offensive and rude. I've eaten at this place 3 other times but I will never return after how my husband and I were just treated. Several staff walked past our table and never parted their lips to say "someone will be with you momentarily" the food is some of the best in Pahrump but that is not enough to make me return. Customer service is the key to a successful business. Maybe it's something a bit deeper but I won't dare go there. read more

I met a friend on her lunch hour at1350 on a Thursday. We ordered immediately and we were the last customers... Cold soup and Caesar salad arrows in 10 min with their 100 k do last robot per the waiter... don't get the onion soup... Caesar salad was ok... when I questioned what is happening with the pizza 45 min later first the waiter tried to blame my friend for ordering the thick crust because it takes longer even though there is no one else... And when I questioned how long the deep crust cooks he said 15-25 then in a disgruntled vpuce said I will comp the pizza and you can leave... When I said are you kicking us out and can I talk to manager he realized his poor customer service and started apologizing over the top.. I asked him Please do not talk to me anymore and I just wanted the pizza and pay for it, he did everything possible for the manager to kick us out... I am NOT eating there EVER again... RIDICULOUS... Learn some customer service and own up to your mistakes and make good with them... btw he still charged us for the salad and soups and our lunch ours were over without eating lunch... Love their fantastic food and friendly staff! I eat there several times a week. A family feeling.

My first complaint was the price. Two pizzas cost me $60! One was a double pepperoni and the other was a combination (which I had to put together myself because they didn't off that type of pie). The pizza was super greasy there was way too much crust. I had asked for thin crust but what I received was not at all thin crust. Unless of course the definition of the phrase "thin crust" has been changed like so many other words and phrases these days. The taste was nothing to write home about either. Picking up the pizzas was an experience too. It was somewhat busy and the female employee looked and acted irritated. When asked how I was paying she never told me how much my total was. She just took my card and handed me device used to pay. When the pizzas were ready I was never offered peppers or parmigiana cheese. She handed me the pizzas I said thank you. She looked at me then walked away without a response. She was very rude and short. Not one time did I hear anything from her like a please, thank you or how can I help you. Never again will I eat at Tower Pizza. BTW, I very much miss the previous owners. The pizza and customer service were much much better. read more

We have been to Tower Pizza 3 times in the last month. We've been disappointed each time. Most recently, we ordered the lasagna special and the Fisherman's Platter. The lasagne was not hot and the platter was barely cooked. Trying to get the attention of the two servers was useless. They were huddled by the cash register with their backs to us. One spoke to someone picking up an order, mentioning that John, the old owner, liked to go get his lottery tickets and that she had worked for him for a few years. We left with about 1/3 of the lasagna eaten and none of the fisherman's platter. We won't be returning. read more

I love the Italian Subs here...the bread is so fresh and good and they are stacked full of meat and cheese much better than chain sandwiches. I just wish they offered more sides than just chips and fries...Like a macaroni or potato salad The pizza is more a NY style...it's quite decent for a small town and is at least twice as good compared to a Dominos or Pizza Hut in my opinion. It's located on Kellog in the most unassuming building ever, but the owner (along with his Dad) is the kindest, most joyful, accommodating guy ever. All of their ingredients are super fresh, the orders are always correct, their desserts are amazing (hello, cheesecake!) and the staff is spot on! What a gem! A little bit of a drive from preferred RV resort but highly worth it! We weren't sure what to expect when we drove up and sat down as it's a pretty tiny little place! But wow! We first ordered the antipasto salad. Beautiful! Super fresh, crisp greens with the most amazing homemade buttermilk ranch. Next we had the homemade chicken soup which was full of fresh chicken and tasted sooo good. Followed by a pizza made with real Wisconsin cheese with the most perfect golden crust, fresh veggies and super tasty sausage. Ended our meal with the black velvet ice cream cookie made with real vanilla bean ice cream. The owners are super friendly. And the food is to die for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more
