I wanted to like Our Place, but my drink really fell short for me. We visited the Friday morning after Thanksgiving and found them pretty busy. The interior was spacious, with lots of seating and natural light. They had orange walls, neon signage, and lots of holiday decor. The menu featured seasonal drinks, both for autumn and winter. I ordered the Baked Apple Crisp Latte. It sounded a little sweet, so I got it with an extra shot of espresso. I was shocked that their "smallest" size was 20 oz, but not mad about it. Service wasn't the quickest, but all the staff members were super nice. Unfortunately, the Baked Apple Crisp Latte was literally too sweet for me to drink. I desperately needed the caffeine, but felt like I was going into diabetic shock after two sips. The Lavender Latte I got for my friend was a little better, but the extra espresso shots didn't do much to cut through the sweetness. We also tried a few pastries - Cheese Danish, Apple Fritter, and Chocolate Muffin - which were all just okay. Overall, not the coffee shop for me. read more

I hadn't been to Pahrump in over 15 years, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but Our Place was a fantastic surprise! It's super easy to find, right near the start of town off the highway. The space is huge, with a lively open area featuring a live singer, cozy themed rooms for different group sizes, and a charming outdoor patio with turf, string lights, and shade from a beautiful tree. The menu had tons of great options at prices that were surprisingly affordable. I couldn't decide on just one drink, which worked out perfectly- they offer coffee, tea, and Italian soda flights! I went with a coffee flight and a butter beer drink alongside a tasty breakfast burrito. Everything hit the spot. Service was quick and friendly, even on a busy Sunday morning. The vibe inside was clean and welcoming, and the bathrooms were impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed (no awkward purse balancing on stall hooks!). I'd absolutely make the drive again to explore more of their drink menu and would recommend it to anyone passing through or staying in the Pahrump area. read more

Been here about a dozen times and they're consistently on target. The cold brew will wake you up! Not a fan of ANY sweet drinks from anywhere but the ones my friends have had here were very well liked. I sampled the chai and it was pretty f'ing amazing! And dirty sodas were available for my LDS friends I took there. Listen... it's important to keep it local. Please try this place and if you don't like something, just say something instead of immediately running to the cover of a yelp review. Missed pick up at Starbucks in Albertsons and decided to try out "Our Place" on hwy 160 on the way home. My god!! This coffee was worst than Terrible's, day old drip. If you love coffee then save your nearly $10. per 20oz size for somewhere else (Starbucks, Java Junkie, etc.) How can you people in Pahrump handle this muck as coffee? Almost better to go out and lick the asphalt on hwy 160 than to drink this mud. So sad, just another restaurant doin' a dive like the wrap place on CalVada. Where the New sushi restaurant "soft opening" that's been happening for six months or so. read more

Wow! Our Place has moved to a new location right off of Route 160! I have to say the place is HUGE and has plenty of seating at tables and at lounge chairs. There is a bit of parking in the front, but there is more parking in the back, and there is a side entrance for customers as well. Arrows on the wall will direct you where to go to order. I had to walk around a bit just to check the whole place out. There is a meeting room (it is gorgeous)s available to rent for events at a reasonable price $95 for 2 hours, and $40 for each additional hour. Looks like it would be good for birthdays, retirements, and baby showers, and bridal showers. The seating looked like it held 24 people comfortably. There is also a large table area when you first walk in that you can reserve for a large group of 12 people as well. Might be good for book clubs? The place has orange furnishings and colorful lines on the wall. It makes it seem bright and cheerful, including the trendy foliage and neon signs that are dispersed on the walls through out the space. They have quite a nice coffee menu, breakfast items, panini sandwiches and pastries too. They also offer a Kid's Menu. I ordered the 20 oz. hot mocha latte, and it was served in a giant mug since I wasn't ordering to go. I also ordered a lemon poppy seed muffin which they heated and paired well with my coffee. I spent quite a bit of time here reading and journaling. People drifted in and out and I could tell by some of the conversations with the staff that there were some regular customers stopping in. There was a bit of music playing inside and I felt completely comfortable here. I noticed there was a little stage area in the corner that must be reserved for entertainment at times. Pahrump needed a coffee house on the main road! This is absolutely perfect and I hope our community patronizes this location and helps to keep it open. I am so glad I stopped by at Our Place instead of going to McDonald's. I got a "ham and jam" ciabatta sandwich which was HEFTY and delicious, and a honey cream cold brew (20oz). With tip it was $17 and actually worth it. The coffee was really tasty, balanced on the sweetness/creaminess and did not overpower the coffee taste. read more

This place in Pahrump has become my daily escape -- the vibe is unbeatable, cozy, and welcoming. Honestly, it's one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to, even compared to the ones in Vegas. The staff are always friendly and make you feel like a regular from day one. They got great selections on their menu. My husband and I ordered from this place on Doordash when we missed breakfast at the Holiday Inn. All of it was honestly delicious. I had a peppermint matcha, and they did great on it. The ham and cheese sandwich and potatoes were amazing. The pancake bites were also really good, always trust a place that knows strawberry and chocolate go together. We'll actually sit down and see what the service and ambiance are like someday, but unfortunately the one setback is that they never seem to be open unfortunately. read more

I'm always looking for alternatives to the big companies like Starbucks. This place did not disappoint, the service and the coffee was excellent. When they say gathering space they're not kidding. It's a 4000 square-foot building with themed rooms all over the place. You can sit and hang out and it is a very pleasant atmosphere in general. I ordered a 20 oz dark cinnamon mocha, and it was $8.35 with no requested changes or add-ons. They don't publish pricing for their combination/specialty drinks. If I had known, I would've ordered a latte, which they do include the price on the menu. My coffee was good but incredibly sweet, although I know that's a matter of opinion and taste. So I came in early today to get my coffee on the way to work. I ordered a wet cappuccino extra hot. Well the lady who made my drink, "I believe is the owner or manager" kept talking to her staff, not making my drink! The people who ordered after me got their drinks made first! because it was someone else making it! I ordered a wet cappuccino, she tells her staff that a wet cap is just basically a latte with form!! No, it's not!!! a wet cap means you use the same amount of milk for a cappuccino but you don't make as much foam, you make more of a micro form! so I ended up getting a latte with a little bit of foam on top. That's not what I ordered or wanted!!! I also asked for extra hot. I asked you and you said you did it at 180, it was not extra hot! So normal cappuccino you're gonna get around 2 ounces of the two shots of espresso and like around 4 ounces of milk instead I got 2 ounces of coffee with 10 ounces of milk that is not coffee. That's milk. I was a barista in a real Italian coffeeshop, and a real cappuccino actually is served maybe in a 4ounce cup! But here in the states they make it their way NOT THE ITALIAN WAY AND YES I AM ITALIAN read more

This place started on Calvada Blvd and one year later moved to Hwy 160 & expanded their hospitality to have multiple rooms for meetings, karaoke nights and always great coffee etc at reasonable prices!
