I place my order online and add the discount, this week it was a special for a large Pizza $2.15 with tax. The order was in the portal on time. Nice and hot. We have visited this location 5 times in the last 2 months. Our family has ordered very large and average sized orders, consisting of a variety of items. We have always received extremely friendly, courteous service at the front counter. Our orders have always been hot, ready on time, correct and very fresh. Ordered today at 405pm, a supreme and order of chicken wings. Simple right? Guess not. The woman, maybe a poorly trained and completely unprofessional manager, Jade was extremely rude and told my husband, " don't talk to me like that" when he said we wanted a hot pizza and not the cold one that sat on the counter for 30 minutes while they remade the right chicken wings. All we wanted was a fresh hot pizza and she almost lost it. We have been going here for years but this is the last straw. We will make sure our friends and family go elsewhere as well. This place was a dumpster fire for service when we first moved here in 2017, but I was a big fan of Little Caesars in Cali, so I was willing to overlook a few things. When new management came in 2019, things improved immensely and I was eating here twice a week. That lasted for about 6 months and then it was always an excuse: "We ran out of cheese" or "We're working on a super large call-in order and can't take any counter orders and no hot and ready for the rest of the night." If that's the case, why have your lights on and the door open for business? I have a dozen more complaints about this place (wrong orders, lost orders, long wait times), but after coming here for the third time in a row and getting the "We're Out" excuse, I have given up on this place as it has officially become "A Dumpster Fire" once again. read more

As you can see, they just plopped the sausage in the middle and put no attention into covering evenly. As soon as I opened the box, I wasn't impressed. The taste was worse than the looks. It was barely warm even though I went straight home, it looked and felt like they just warmed (?) over a pizza that had been laying around, and the cheese was no longer melted as if it had been sitting out for a while. I ordered 2 pretzel pizzas cause my kids and I are allergic to marinara but the replaced the cheese sauce with marinara then when I called the manager named "Joey" started yelling profanities at me and claiming I was someone named "Tyler" and didn't replace my order. Terrible customer service. Took forever for someone to finally come to to the register and when I was greeted it was anything but nice. This pizza does not look like the last pizza we ordered. Same toppings. So happy the mushrooms are fresh and no longer canned. But where are they? This little ceasars is 60/40% on weather or not the food is going to be on point. My pizza tonight along with the italian cheese bread we bought was in the 40. The pizza was so greasy my fingers poked through one of the slices as it was so soggy. The italian cheese bread was over cooked or old and hard, could probably have used it as a door knocker. He further added that corporate has advised the store they are no longer allowed to make pretzel crust because of, "Some weird contamination thing from the store that he doesn't want to get into." Quite, unquote. I let Issac know that what he's telling me doesn't make any sense. This is when I asked for his name and advised him I would look into this and touch base with management and corporate. I asked the teenage girl who I was also speaking to at the register what her name was. She smirked and said she not giving me her name. She smirked again and asked if I wanted some other teenage girls name. I replied, no. I am speaking to the two of you - not anyone else; you are using your hands to make food for customers. There is nothing wrong with the customer asking who is touching their food. They then asked me if I was going to order something. I said you have said you will not make what I have attempted to order so, no. However, they don't have any issues taking pretzel crust pizza orders from other customers. Everytime I go there, there is always employees sitting on the steps outside smoking cigarettes, in groups might I add. I mean everyone gets a break i get it but 4 or 5 employees all at once? Also, I watched 2 employees walk in after their smoke break and go right back to work without washing their hands or sanitizing. There's no hairnets or gloves. There is always a 15-20 minute wait for the so called "hot n readys". Nothing is ever ready. Even if they have no customers. When they do have pizza in their warmers it's always old and cold. And the employees all look like they need a shower. Like for real people, where is your professionalism. A majority of the time I am grossed out at what's making my food. And I mean that in the most truthful way. Also the conversations that customers of all ages can clearly overhear from behind the counter are inappropriate and unnecessary for any work environment. It's disgusting to know how many individuals employees have slept with. Where's the managers in these franchises? Seems like it's ran by a bunch of high schoolers with no common morals.
