I want to start by saying that the store isn't very clean and doesn't smell like chicken but like a dirty mop, sweat and urine. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending to it's customers, smirking and telling them there will be a delay because they haven't made any chicken or a delay because if you want it fresh and hot that takes time- All While THE STORE IS EMPTY! It's like they are deliberately running customers off because they don't want to WORK. I witnessed them being extremely rude to a Door Dash employee, telling him that he needs to wait and they don't want any attitude because they haven't even started the order yet and will get to it when they get to it, then they started laughing saying he was going to get in trouble with Door Dash and probably lose his job. Mind you the restaurant had one guest that walked out as I walked in- not another soul in there!!! Rude, unprofessional and unkind, is THE ONLY CONSISTENT thing this restaurant puts out. I ordered the big fill up box with the 5 chicken tenders. And it was the worst meal I had ever tried to eat. The chicken was extremely hard and overcooked. Came in on June 18th at 6PM to pick up an online order placed 25 minutes prior. Came into this establishment in a great mood and left rather annoyed. Let's start by saying the manager or whatever you want to call her (Do they wear the black shirts) with thing drawn on eyebrows, tattoos on her chest and has a severe attitude problem. When a customer comes in paying for food in the establishment you work in, you provide them with customer service. If you don't like it, don't work at KFC.. Upon explaining I was there to pickup a carryout/online order, I was met with immediate stale attitude. I could hear the lady that was bagging up chicken and sides explaining to this "Manager" I have the chicken in there but I don't know for sure what sides. I watched as the "Manager" sealed my bag (They seal it like it's a bag of chips) When I got out to the car, I had my wife double check before we left the parking lot. The order was wrong, missing my fries and mashed potatoes along with a corn we DID NOT order. Upon going back inside it took 3 minutes for someone to even walk over after I made eye contact with several employees. It's obvious I'm standing there with corn and my RECIEPT. Again, the "Manager" finally comes over and I said "You guys mixed up my mash and fries and gave me a corn" After she stares at my receipt for 2.5 minutes, she goes back and tells her employees "This guy says you gave him corn instead of mash" ..are we serious here, why not just correct the problem? I ask for honey and butter, and I'm again met with attitude as if IM AN INCONVENIENCE to her because she has to "Go to the back freezer and get butter" Well guess what, maybe if you were better prepared and stocked rather than allowing your cooks to go out and smoke weed next to the dumpster, we'd have better service and wouldn't need to re-ask for things that should already be included, let alone a decent respectful customer service provider. Upon getting home (8 minutes away), we notice our chicken is ice cold, over cooked and just flat out disgusting. It went into the garbage and we ate the hot mashed potatoes and gravy. An absolute utter disappointment and disgrace of customer service and employee management here. We will not be back and I'll be seeking a full refund and/or disputing with my credit card company. Food was made nice and hot we got here around 1:00 shortly after we got out of church wanted to get something to eat. We go in at 1:04 p.m. order our food. 30 minutes go by we haven't received our food. In that time we had eight people come in after us. EIGHT PEOPLE let that sink in, seven ordering and one picking up a mobile order. My mom went up to the counter with the receipt in hand and told the lady we were waiting thirty minutes she shows the receipt to one of the people they said they thought they got that one, I call BS, I don't think I have ever been more embarrassed to visit a KFC location in the twenty-nine years I have been on this planet. I don't see myself or my family coming back here in the next month, possibly ever again. There is no rhyme, no reason, and absolutely no excuse why the staff has to make one group wait thirty minutes to an hour for their food. By far, the worst-run fast food restaurant in Pahrump, which is a pretty low bar to fail. Aside from waiting way too long to try to place an order, I observed one staff member on break eating food in the kitchen, walking around, touching various food prep equipment, wiping his hands on his face and his pants. Ordered online and went to pick it up per the apps suggested time and had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted and while im waiting i hear 2 delivery drivers, talking about how long they have been waiting. (We should be kinder to our delivery drivers when using those services btw) i was finally greeted and when the woman went to the back to ask the other woman working snapped back at her and i didn't hear from her again. About 5 minutes later a young woman asked if i had been helped and upon learning my order was an online order asked the short tempered woman in the back and then returned with the news that something had happened and it would be about 45 minutes. She was super kind and apologized and i really wish i had gotten her name because she is bigger than that place. She needs recognition for her big heart and caring, kind personality. When i asked for a refund or a "raincheck" i was told to call the number on the website. No problem except im still waiting to get this resolved. We did not wait the 45 minutes we went somewhere else. I will say there is always an issue at this store whether i place an order online or use drive-thru. I call them up on the phone for 13-15 min put on hold while I drove up I just came inside & told them . The worker tells me "I know I put in the bag" ! They were out of coleslaw and as I was waiting for my order they ran out of dark meat. They inadvertently charged me for an extra dipping sauce. The workers were apologetic and offered to make it right. I declined the money back and asked for the extra sauce. I think they were glad I wasn't mad at them because they gave me a small handful. Visited a couple weeks back and just wanted to write this review for this establishment. First off they treat you like family and welcome you in with smiles and greetings. The food was hot and delicious, it's all the KFC classics you expect. Clean bathrooms & dining area. I hadn't been here in awhile, several years in fact due to previous disappointments going through the drive thru, with either the food quality (cold), long wait times to get my order or they had simply forgot to include important items like dipping sauces for a big bucket of their Popcorn Chicken after repeatedly requesting it both on the phone while ordering and in person picking it up lol... However, I was really craving some KFC original Chicken and I decided to give this place another last try. But this time, I came in the early afternoon rather than an hour before closing like in the past and I walked in rather than using the drive thru. And Surprise Surprise!!! The Employees were great, so patient with me trying to make a decision on the so many options they offer. As it turns out the Original Recipe Chicken with sides of Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Biscuits) tasted like I remembered...Finger licking good! Still I refrained from giving 5 Stars because of past experiences at this location. I agree with one of the customers saying KFC Pahrump location SUCKS. The first time was, I waited an hour inside to get my order. All those newly ordered from the customers behind me already got their orders while I was still waiting on mine even though I was the FIRST to order. Then Second, is tonight. I went inside to order the $20 meal, but then the guy who did the register left went in the back after helping 2 or 3 customers putting their order. The old lady infront of me was waving at the. Thinking that someone will get her order, but we were standing there and NO ONE came to get our order. The old lady left, so I was next. I stood there for another 30 minutes and when the guy came to give some of the orders I asked if he can help me put in order. He said, he has to finish putting his orders first. It has been a while since I revisited this establishment. Last time I was here it was also a Long John Silver. I did enjoy the food but the price was so astronomically expensive it is no wonder that portion of this establishment did not stay long. The staff working the cash register taking the orders from inside seemed new and with no help for the staff standing next to the drive thru window or the staff standing behind the chicken holder, I felt sorry for the cashier. My husband has gone in 2 times now they had no specials and he has walked out and the one time he decides to get take out for just the 2 of us it was like $25.00 when he got done! yes you get a lot when you buy one of the family dinners but this is not a 5 star restaurant and it is nothing like it use to be it has just got so expensive. Its not cheap fast food anymore. I really wish Long John Silver was still here. That is so much better! When you go in here most the time they are lacking staff no one at the counter. Can't get an order right, on several occasions I've ordered and it was completely wrong!

shit is nasty as hell, take this from someone who WORKED THERE. their chicken sits there all damn day, under the heat lamps, they make maybe like 2-3 fresh batches of chicken a day, and just leave the rest to continue to bake under the heat, which is why it's always so disgusting and crispy, hard, slimy, etc. wouldn't recommend ordering the sandwiches or anything that requires a chicken filet. they're not dropped for long enough, and come out greasy as can be (even for fast food) i couldn't even believe the prices when i started working there for the quality of the food. no one should be paying almost $30 for a 8 piece bucket of 5 hour old chicken and rock hard biscuits along with snarky attitudes of the employees that still work there. most of the employees there can't even go 30 minutes without smoking a cigarette. AND IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A JOB, PLEASE DO NOT LOOK FOR ONE HERE. very poor general manager, she barely ever told me to take my breaks, and only gave me 10 minutes on top of it, as well as other employees. 10 minutes is definitely not enough time for a lunch break. or any break really. especially working a 7-8 hour shift. so yeah, beware ordering food from here as a customer, and beware applying for a job here, trust me, it's not what you want. read more
