Always a crap show here. Drive through line tonight long wait slow moves. Boss man takes my order repeats it back to me correctly. Pay get a drink can you pull around front and I'll bring it out. Ok, 8 mins later for a 3 piece meal. WRONG as always asked for Mac and cheese not Cole slaw. Now toss the Cole slaw out the window and eat 3 pieces and a Pepsi for $13.35 rip off maybe if he kept saying boss and paid more attention to grabbing the right stuff it be better won't be back again after this fiasco read more

KFC - Doesn't look like Mac n cheese to me - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pahrump, Nevada

I want to start by saying that the store isn't very clean and doesn't smell like chicken but like a dirty mop, sweat and urine. The staff is incredibly rude and condescending to it's customers, smirking and telling them there will be a delay because they haven't made any chicken or a delay because if you want it fresh and hot that takes time- All While THE STORE IS EMPTY! It's like they are deliberately running customers off because they don't want to WORK. I witnessed them being extremely rude to a Door Dash employee, telling him that he needs to wait and they don't want any attitude because they haven't even started the order yet and will get to it when they get to it, then they started laughing saying he was going to get in trouble with Door Dash and probably lose his job. Mind you the restaurant had one guest that walked out as I walked in- not another soul in there!!! Rude, unprofessional and unkind, is THE ONLY CONSISTENT thing this restaurant puts out. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere. read more

The chicken and food was fresh! Probably the best KFC we've had in a long time! Ordered on the app and the service was prompt when I got there. read more

Terrible food Terrible service. The only part of this experience that I was satisfied with was getting the refund but even that the manager had to make a phone call to be walked thru that process. read more

I ordered the big fill up box with the 5 chicken tenders. And it was the worst meal I had ever tried to eat. The chicken was extremely hard and overcooked. The French fries were weighed hard and overcooked. About the only thing an edible and this thing was the biscuit which fell apart my hand. And the mashed potatoes and gravy. Worst meal ever a highly suggest? You do not order from this restaurant. They do not care about quality control.Or their customers. Worst meal ever. read more

Came in on June 18th at 6PM to pick up an online order placed 25 minutes prior. Came into this establishment in a great mood and left rather annoyed. Let's start by saying the manager or whatever you want to call her (Do they wear the black shirts) with thing drawn on eyebrows, tattoos on her chest and has a severe attitude problem. When a customer comes in paying for food in the establishment you work in, you provide them with customer service. If you don't like it, don't work at KFC.. Upon explaining I was there to pickup a carryout/online order, I was met with immediate stale attitude. I could hear the lady that was bagging up chicken and sides explaining to this "Manager" I have the chicken in there but I don't know for sure what sides. I watched as the "Manager" sealed my bag (They seal it like it's a bag of chips) When I got out to the car, I had my wife double check before we left the parking lot. The order was wrong, missing my fries and mashed potatoes along with a corn we DID NOT order. Upon going back inside it took 3 minutes for someone to even walk over after I made eye contact with several employees. It's obvious I'm standing there with corn and my RECIEPT. Again, the "Manager" finally comes over and I said "You guys mixed up my mash and fries and gave me a corn" After she stares at my receipt for 2.5 minutes, she goes back and tells her employees "This guy says you gave him corn instead of mash" ..are we serious here, why not just correct the problem? I ask for honey and butter, and I'm again met with attitude as if IM AN INCONVENIENCE to her because she has to "Go to the back freezer and get butter" Well guess what, maybe if you were better prepared and stocked rather than allowing your cooks to go out and smoke weed next to the dumpster, we'd have better service and wouldn't need to re-ask for things that should already be included, let alone a decent respectful customer service provider. Upon getting home (8 minutes away), we notice our chicken is ice cold, over cooked and just flat out disgusting. It went into the garbage and we ate the hot mashed potatoes and gravy. An absolute utter disappointment and disgrace of customer service and employee management here. We will not be back and I'll be seeking a full refund and/or disputing with my credit card company. Upper management needs to get this place under control. **UPDATE - After sending an email to corporate, I was refunded half the cost of my order and given 500 points for the app. read more

If I could give zero for the experience I had tonight I would I'm so over yall specially the women at the window closing early every time I deal with her some people don't get off work until 9 so getting there at 9:40 is how we get dinner but obviously not here. read more

Food was made nice and hot we got here around 1:00 shortly after we got out of church wanted to get something to eat. We go in at 1:04 p.m. order our food. 30 minutes go by we haven't received our food. In that time we had eight people come in after us. EIGHT PEOPLE let that sink in, seven ordering and one picking up a mobile order. My mom went up to the counter with the receipt in hand and told the lady we were waiting thirty minutes she shows the receipt to one of the people they said they thought they got that one, I call BS, I don't think I have ever been more embarrassed to visit a KFC location in the twenty-nine years I have been on this planet. I don't see myself or my family coming back here in the next month, possibly ever again. There is no rhyme, no reason, and absolutely no excuse why the staff has to make one group wait thirty minutes to an hour for their food. I am going to end it here with this: If Gordon Ramsay was in charge of this place he would have made sure all food was served to customers IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THEY ARRIVED!!!!!!!!! Again this is probably the most embarrassing visit I have ever had at a KFC. and with that I bid you farewell read more

It was horrible.... Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches And 2 pieces breast with mashed potatoes We got the 3 sandwiches they forgot the 2 piece breast And after waiting 15 minutes after we got the sandwich's We were told it's going to be 8 more minutes We asked for a refund we got the refund Not going there again Service is beyond Horrible!! read more

By far, the worst-run fast food restaurant in Pahrump, which is a pretty low bar to fail. Aside from waiting way too long to try to place an order, I observed one staff member on break eating food in the kitchen, walking around, touching various food prep equipment, wiping his hands on his face and his pants. Thanks for giving me enough time to see what's really going on and avoid a potential case of foodborne illness. read more

We try and understand that it's hard to get good help but seriously. The evening that we visited, every order was messed up. Every single order including ours. We don't plan on returning for quite awhile. That was a miserable experience. read more

Ordered online and went to pick it up per the apps suggested time and had to wait 15 minutes to be greeted and while im waiting i hear 2 delivery drivers, talking about how long they have been waiting. (We should be kinder to our delivery drivers when using those services btw) i was finally greeted and when the woman went to the back to ask the other woman working snapped back at her and i didn't hear from her again. About 5 minutes later a young woman asked if i had been helped and upon learning my order was an online order asked the short tempered woman in the back and then returned with the news that something had happened and it would be about 45 minutes. She was super kind and apologized and i really wish i had gotten her name because she is bigger than that place. She needs recognition for her big heart and caring, kind personality. When i asked for a refund or a "raincheck" i was told to call the number on the website. No problem except im still waiting to get this resolved. We did not wait the 45 minutes we went somewhere else. I will say there is always an issue at this store whether i place an order online or use drive-thru. The price is ridiculous for this much hassle every visit. read more

I passed by today ordered online 2 6pc meals , large fries , free poppers . Picked up the order , got back home tried starting to open it all up almost half the order is not here . I call them up on the phone for 13-15 min put on hold while I drove up I just came inside & told them . The worker tells me "I know I put in the bag" ! Why the hell would I be wasting gas driving up for. I just needed my moneys worth what I paid for ! I never heard a sorry or excuse us . I had the bring that up & finally manager over heard me saying it & finally told me sorry for the problem & you know I appreciated it but I didn't need that comment from the employee . After I got home the food I had recently got was warm & nice but everything else previously was old . read more

I was craving some KFC tonight and waited in line 10 minutes. When I get to the drive thru speaker to order the employee tells me that all chicken is a 30 minute wait time. Makes no sense. They were out of coleslaw and as I was waiting for my order they ran out of dark meat. They inadvertently charged me for an extra dipping sauce. The workers were apologetic and offered to make it right. I declined the money back and asked for the extra sauce. I think they were glad I wasn't mad at them because they gave me a small handful. I ordered the new nuggets and they are great for a fast food place. read more

Visited a couple weeks back and just wanted to write this review for this establishment. First off they treat you like family and welcome you in with smiles and greetings. The food was hot and delicious, it's all the KFC classics you expect. Clean bathrooms & dining area. My family and I have dined here once before and agreed this is one of the best KFC's we have ever been to. Thank you Pahrump KFC for your hospitality as always. read more

Food was good but one of the rudest employees ever working the drive through. Gave me attitude while ordering and while giving me my food. After she handed me my food she slammed the window. Overall it was good chicken but there's something about the entire town that just seems off. Especially when you consider taking orders for food. They didn't put any utensils in my to go order, they forgot my dipping sauce, I paid for my meal only for the drive-through guy to stare at me and asked how can he help me? After saying well and holding For a few seconds... He realize he had never handed me My food. Perhaps it was a long day. Again, good food, weird service read more

I hadn't been here in awhile, several years in fact due to previous disappointments going through the drive thru, with either the food quality (cold), long wait times to get my order or they had simply forgot to include important items like dipping sauces for a big bucket of their Popcorn Chicken after repeatedly requesting it both on the phone while ordering and in person picking it up lol... However, I was really craving some KFC original Chicken and I decided to give this place another last try. But this time, I came in the early afternoon rather than an hour before closing like in the past and I walked in rather than using the drive thru. And Surprise Surprise!!! The Employees were great, so patient with me trying to make a decision on the so many options they offer. As it turns out the Original Recipe Chicken with sides of Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy and Biscuits) tasted like I remembered...Finger licking good! Still I refrained from giving 5 Stars because of past experiences at this location. I will have to have this same experience several more times, before they earn that coveted 5 Star rating from me and I hope they do. read more

Worst service . I don't know who thought about this model of having people order and pull to the front to wait for their good . I agree with one of the customers saying KFC Pahrump location SUCKS. The first time was, I waited an hour inside to get my order. All those newly ordered from the customers behind me already got their orders while I was still waiting on mine even though I was the FIRST to order. Then Second, is tonight. I went inside to order the $20 meal, but then the guy who did the register left went in the back after helping 2 or 3 customers putting their order. The old lady infront of me was waving at the. Thinking that someone will get her order, but we were standing there and NO ONE came to get our order. The old lady left, so I was next. I stood there for another 30 minutes and when the guy came to give some of the orders I asked if he can help me put in order. He said, he has to finish putting his orders first. Come on now, You need to put someone in the cashier especially there's 3 more people in the back that can put in together the orders. I guess KFC Pahrump location doesn't like my money and the old lady's money. I WON'T COME BACK TO KFC EVER AGAIN. YOU GUYS SUCKS! read more

All I wanted was some chicken strips and macaroni. Instead they gave me a leg and a thigh along with gravy and mashed potatoes...? Like does that sound like CHICKEN STRIPS AND MACARONI TO YOU?! It has been a while since I revisited this establishment. Last time I was here it was also a Long John Silver. I did enjoy the food but the price was so astronomically expensive it is no wonder that portion of this establishment did not stay long. The staff working the cash register taking the orders from inside seemed new and with no help for the staff standing next to the drive thru window or the staff standing behind the chicken holder, I felt sorry for the cashier. The walk-in area really needs a cleaning. read more

I don't know what happen to KFC. They use to have some good family specials. My husband has gone in 2 times now they had no specials and he has walked out and the one time he decides to get take out for just the 2 of us it was like $25.00 when he got done! yes you get a lot when you buy one of the family dinners but this is not a 5 star restaurant and it is nothing like it use to be it has just got so expensive. Its not cheap fast food anymore. I really wish Long John Silver was still here. That is so much better! When you go in here most the time they are lacking staff no one at the counter. And they don't have enough chicken made and you have to wait till they make more or the chicken that is made has been sitting for awhile and it is not too moist. Just nothing like any KFC I have been to. Pretty sad because their chicken is good when it is fresh, Not a place we are considering going back to anymore. read more
