Mixed feelings. I went in hopeful because it's new around here and... it was just a bad experience. The first staff member was nice and patient and sweet. So we were off to a good start as we were deciding on bowls or burritos really quick. We decided and she made the food and we got passed along to the next employee. And she had to label the salsas and stuff for the person I went with and let me just say her sigh before it and then her tone... so rude. Then we had two people at the cash register. The one guy who I'm assuming was shadowing wanted to do all the talking but didn't have any answers to our questions?? I say he's shadowing so it doesn't seem like chipotle is just wasting employees and having all these people up front for no reason but to waste our time and make it feel more crowded. Anywayssssss when I got the chicken I swear she put steak but no it was chicken just really over cooked. Like chicken is a light brown/ tan color and this was dark.. as dark as the steak which is why I questioned it. The place was clean though and it was nice inside. A typical chipotle. So that made up for some of the things. To top it off we get home and the food isn't even warm. Like.. it wasn't like it cooled down on the 5 minute drive home no.. it was cold. So idk if the burners were too hot and then the food over cooked like that somehow so they turned it down and all the food was just cold after that or I don't even know.. I'm not going to try and find a solution or explanation to their problem. Point is I was highly disappointed. read more

I see why this place gets bad reviews. Went in on Saturday around 4pm. Every table was dirty. The kitchen was filthy. The food all looked like it had been sitting around for a long time. There was an employee sitting in the dining area that was on the clock. (I overheard a coworker ask him) The owner of this place obviously has no interest in making this business successful. read more

So I ordered a spicy honey, chicken burrito, double chicken and did not receive double chicken halfway through the burrito. I bit into two pieces of chicken. The other half had four pieces of chicken, which is not double chicken. The entire burrito had so much rice in it that's all you taste. I ordered the corn in the burrito. There was none of that. The chips were not thoroughly cooked. they were chewy not crispy and had a really light color to them and the guacamole was yesterday's guacamole because it had a dark dark forest green look to it and did not taste fresh at all. I was the first customer and only customer to arrive for the 10:30am open. As I stood there for 10 minutes everyone was still setting up, cleaning the floors and/or getting the store ready. I asked if I could place an order as the drive thru was getting an order prepared. An associated asked her manager if she could help because everything was still not out. The manager said I guess. Preparing the order when it came time for the guac she said owe that needs to temp.? I'm sorry what? Oh its prepared but needs to be at a temperature to serve. I asked why wasn't that done before 10:30? She said say ask again loud enough for the manager to here. The manager then yelled at me from the back of the kitchen to say IT IS READY with an attitude, but it needs 20 minutes. Again I said the guac is a selling point for this store it should be ready. She yelled at me and said don't tell me what I'm doing. I'm the manager and you don't know what you're talking about. I asked why are you being hostile towards a customer asking about a product that's not available at opening of store. The manager then told me to leave and take a card if i have complaint because she is doing her job correctly. I don't live in this city or state. I was driving through. I was taken a back on the level of customer service, especially from the manager. I advice the manger she should always be respectful you don't know who or what the person you are speaking to. I could have been a secret shopper. She did not care and said again IT IS READY, it needs 20 minutes so stop telling me something you clearly have no idea about. Leave oh and if you don't like it take a card on the way out. I kindly told the associate helping me to discard the almost prepared order. I took the card for the GM Yesenia La Rue called the number however the message advise I must leave this comment online. I am not a frequent Chipotle customer, however this was just rude and unnecessary. this should have been handle with more tack. To be a manager is to deescalate, educate, and assist. Stood in line for 5-10 mins. The line was slow moving as there was only 1 person at the line filling orders. Also, the girl kept having to run to the drive-thru line to get food items. Eventually, another person went to help fill 2 others and then walked off. When I made it to the front, there was no brown rice or grilled veggies. Waited for a few minutes for the brown rice to be refilled. The girl just said we don't have grilled veggies. No eta on when they will be ready. I'll try to be as kind as I can here. We were in, on two different occasions, during the last 2 weeks. The guy in the hat pictured was just rude. There was another woman (shorter & weighing more) with glasses on that just had the hardest time understanding simple instructions from my husband. He asked for a chicken burrito with cheese & sour cream with beans on the side. She mixed everything all together & put the chicken on the side (?).. Then this gentleman said, "yeah that's not what I heard" to my husband - in return, he told him that he heard wrong. Since when do employees pick arguments with customers ? They also had a group of their friends lounging around in there whom were clearly talking smack as my husband walked out. SUPER unprofessional! We go back again today, MUCH earlier, hoping to avoid these unprofessional individuals.. But the guy was there. Super nice this time. However, upon waiting in line.. We saw a little fella who starved to death right near the food window. I get it, there's bugs. Very disappointed in this place. They were out of guacamole!! Very bad planning. 2 of us and our bill was over $40.00.

Sadly, I made the mistake of going here $14.75 for a steak burrito with guacamole I put $5.30 in the tip jar because the employees looks like they're working hard however the steak the cheese and the guacamole tins were basically empty and I watched her painfully scraped the last little scripts out of the bottom to make my burrito instead of getting new ones The guacamole came to less than a third spoon. The cheese was about half of normal and the meat was 1/2 of one spoonful but I was hungry so I was not going to complain got out my car and been into it. It was ice cold, the meat, the beans. Went into the went into chipotle, the other night with a few friends to enjoy a good meal, or so we thought. The dining quarters were a mess got up to the front where they were serving the food and it was dirty. The servers didn't know anything about the food or how to even make the dishes we asked for. We then went to get a few accessories to top our dishes off and then to the register. I ordered a fountain drink along with my meal only to find out that the machine wasn't working and there was no ice or drinks. The fellow rang up my order and it came to $16.95. $16.95 with no beverage! The meat was dry and the rice tasted bland. The only thing that had any flavor was the guacamole which was an additional $2.50. I have eaten at Chipolte's a few times and have enjoyed a good meal. Not this time read more

Well, first visit to a Chipotle ever. It's probably my last. The person helping me Miles was so rude! He argued about what I ordered. People standing around me all said she ordered chicken! He kept saying no! After we got that sorted out and we got our food, it was ok. I'm not sure why people rave about it. Well, it's now 3 hours after I ate it, and my stomach is not happy at all. This is the most ridiculous places in Pahrump. You can get all the rice you want but only a small scoop of meats on everything you buy in there. For ten dollars per item no less. They don't make anything in there that is worth ten dollars. In Vegas at Chipotles they give you to much food to eat. They won't last two years in this location. What a shame, they started off making everything worth the money but within a month they starting ripping people off. I even asked an employee inside was this worth ten dollars and he told me no it was not. He said we serve by protein not by size, I told him then you eat it then and walked out. I ordered a delivery that was delivered by door Dash. Door dash SUCKS!! The person lied and said she dropped off the food but did not. I drove down to chipotle to place a complaint and even though they were not at fault, door Dash was. The manager was very sweet and replaced my order for free!!!
