When we went to get the car that same night, they demanded $200 in straight paper cash so we couldn't dispute it with our bank, which is way higher than the legal Massachusetts DPU limits for a same-day tow. Complete scammers who take advantage of people and somehow get away with it freely. Watch out for their spotters and NEVER get into a car with random people in the lot. They didn't even try and come in to the club to ask who's car it could be or give a fair warning. I had to pay 100 bucks right there and then and THEY STILL weren't understanding as WITNESSES my friends showed them the flipped sign instead we got told to flip the sign back over to where it was visible and I guess I'm not even worthy for half my money back.
