I've had numerous problems with my teeth over the years and I've seen a lot of dentists, and none of them have ever distilled my fear of going to the dentist until I went to Tower Dental. I'm one of their larger cases, and from the very first phone call they made me feel comfortable and like they would take care of me. I've been there probably a dozen times in the past few months and they've made me feel like a part of their family. They're always so sweet and nice and want to make sure I'm taken care of to the best of their ability. Not to mention their office seems to be one of the more high tech offices I've been to, they've got a lot of great technology there. Dr. Oltean is hilarious, Tracy is the absolute best and the rest of the dental team is super sweet. As someone who has been to many, many dentists, I couldn't recommend anyone more. If you want to feel comfortable and safe then this is absolutely the place you need to go. I tell them all the time, "I wish all my friends around the country could come here so people could break that perception of the dentist being a bad scary place." I was out of town in Denver for a ski party with my friends and my bridge broke. I got to Dr. Oltean just because his practice was the closest to my friend's house, and he was open on Friday-Saturday. Since I did not know much about the place, I did not expect much, but man, WOOOOW!! I was totally impressed with Dr. Oltean knowledge and skills, delivered with the most professionalism and, if I may, humbleness. Even though I was supposed to be just a one shot customer for him, being out of town, he was extremely thoughtful and interested to learn as much as possible about me as a patient and my previous dental problems and experiences, so he could choose the best treatment. Long story short, he fixed my bridge temporary and after 2 weeks he installed in my mouth a brand new, super strong and sophisticated piece of art, that serves me like nothing I had before. Later I learned that he had won several prosthodontics awards, and he had actual hands on in the lab, which you cannot find anymore among dentists these days. First let me start off by saying I've never had a good dental experience until I came the Tower Dental I had my first major procedure done today with them I had a root canal on my lower left molar absolutely amazing first of all they came in an hour early to make sure they can fit me into their schedule Dr. Oltean and Aisha were fantastic this is my fourth root canal. This was the first time I had never experienced any discomfort at all. I had not been to the dentist in over 7 years because of my past experience I would recommend this dentist to anyone he really is very good at what he does and I like the fact that everything I need done in my mouth is on an itemized sheet with how much I need to pay how much my insurance will pay and what needed taking care of in order of priority . I have never left a review before for a company and signed up to Yelp just so I could review tower dental. So far I been doing my intership at this practice and I LOVE IT.. The day that I walked into the practice Ashi (one of the dental assistants) even showed me around the practice and welcome me into doing my intership there. Many other places do not do interships. I been here for a week now and its just amazing from the doctor teaching how he wants stuff and him being really friendly. Its always a pleasure walking into the door and see Tracy smiling and telling you good morning. Its being such a nice experience because I have learned a lot. Dr. Oltean is one of the best Dentist, he is an honest man and will tell you what you actually need done. He is also funny since he is singing and explaining whats going on in the practice. Totally awesome experience from all staff and Dr. Flaviu. Tracey is an experience in itself. She helped me get an immediate appointment, especially getting my new dental insurance in place. All dental costs were given to me before any work was performed. Dental assistant's were well trained and performed meticulously to every procedure the Dr. made. Dr. Flaviu explained all procedures he made during my dental treatment of over 4 hours. Never felt any discomfort during or after the procedures. Great experience. I have cold sensitivity and I've had a lot of dentists/dental assistants not be mindful of that. That wasn't the case here. I was preparing for it the whole appointment and they never made me flinch, which was great. Very helpful with military. It's right off the base so I'm sure they get a lot of us. Dr. Oltean was very personable. I talked about how I was trying to buy my first home and he made jokes about how it better be close to a Home Depot. I hadn't been to a dentist since moving to CO three years ago and came here because of the rating. Thankfully the rating did not disappoint. These guys have a beautiful and clean environment with all the most up to date equipment. The staff from the front desk to the doctors has been wonderful as well. They are all very knowledgeable and personable, they are all quick to follow up with any question or concern you might have, and there was little to no pain during the two crowns they just completed for me. I was searching for a dentist closer to home and decided to give Tower Dental a try. When I first called to set up an appointment I was impressed with Tracy. She's really personable, friendly and helpful. She definitely made me feel as though I was making a good decision. My first visit was good. I can't really complain about anything. I appreciate that "Dr. Dr. Flaviu Oltean worked as a dental technician for 8 years prior to and during dental school." My exam and cleaning was exactly what I needed after being in a "chain office" for a few years. The only improvement suggestion would be the wait time between x-rays, polishing and cleaning. If it was communicated that it would be longer than 15 minutes I would have brought the interesting magazine from upfront. Technically, he is very skilful and he is very good at communication, support, and empathy. His office staff are wonderful. Tower Dental is the best! I had an unfortunate fall that resulted in me having to have a complete upper denture implemented. Dr Oltean and the whole staff were knowledgeable and very professional and helpful in this time of pandemic. By far the best of 10 dentists that I've ever used. Not only did he fix my teeth he treated me like a human being. I didn't have any pain the entire time. I had 32 teeth pulled and got full dentures. They got me in very quickly and were awesome! The staff was very professional and friendly. I also noticed as other patients came into the office, they greeted them by name, which was cool.
