Yelp knows Felicia B support her local business owners so I already knew who to call.. Bosones.. Although, her wait for tow was about 45 min which was understandable due to rush hour traffic. 2nd occasion my husband needed a tow from Seabrook a day later, I called and the dispatcher took my contact info and had the awesome tow truck driver to contact me. Richard(Tow truck driver)contacted me within 5 min and within 15 minutes he made it to the location. Husband in tow and his ole faithful work car made it home safe. In the past I have referred clients to Bosones and personally used them and never had any issues. Thanks Bosones for your professionalism and great service, it was kindly appreciated.

I called back to make sure the address was correct due to the gps giving me different directions a man answer with a attitude wouldn't give me the address , stating he doesn't know what's going on and wouldn't give me address at all , he put me on hold for 10 mins and never came back till he hung up the phone in my face . I called back more than 3 times and now the phone is off the hook. This tow truck company is the WORST tow truck company I ever dealt with. Never had to pay a outrageous fee on top of other fees . This company is very unprofessional. They do not release your vehicle after 6pm. To hold a licence…read morewith TDLR for VSF it's a requirement to release vehicles from 8:00am-midnight Monday-Saturday with a 1hr notice if you are not 24hr. They are charging customers more days and fees by not allowing to pick up after 6pm. They are also charging a 6% fee for credit card payments which law says max is 4%. Disputing these issues led to very rude text from the company and saying my threats weren't going to change anything to go ahead and file a complaint they didn't care what TDLR says they weren't changing. So Becareful and review your information. TDLR has been notified along with other government agencies.
