I bought a total of 7 tires for the front end because they were balding from the inside. They also put a faulty after market lower control arm on my car. I've been up there several times to rectify this and they refuse to fix the problem. Now I'm having to come out my pocket to fix their mistakes. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Find someone who will not place blame on the insurance company.

He said they have to get on their knees when in fact, I simply handed him two tires on the rim and two tubes. $15.00 to $20.00 maybe? $30.00? absolutely ridiculous and overcharging me just because he can! When I questioned it and complained about it, he wanted to charge me $20 instead. I gave him the $30 but that would be the last dollar he ever gets from me. I live in Winnie and I would never come back here again, and I don't recommend anyone else so either!

My daughter, a minor and automotive mechanic student, worked for Dar for approximately nine months…read moreunder the promise of training and fair compensation. During that time, she was frequently expected to work extremely long hours--often 80+ hours per week and sometimes more than 15 hours per day. Despite the workload and repeated promises regarding pay, she was often paid only a few hundred dollars and was never compensated for the extensive overtime she worked. She was also required to use our personal vehicle for business-related tasks without reimbursement for gas, maintenance, or vehicle expenses. In my experience, there were repeated inconsistencies between what was promised and what was delivered regarding compensation and working conditions. Communication was often unprofessional, and commitments were frequently broken. Based on our experience, we believe my daughter was underpaid by thousands of dollars for the work she performed. We are currently exploring our options for reporting these labor concerns to the appropriate authorities. I would strongly encourage anyone considering working for or doing business with this company to carefully document all agreements, hours worked, and payment arrangements.

After checking it, the employee told me to leave the car overnight so they could work on it, so I did. When I went back the next day to pick it up, my engine had blown. I'm not directly accusing anyone, but it's very concerning that my car was running when I dropped it off and then suffered major engine failure immediately after.
