If your car won't start and it isn't the battery, use a car jack handle and a hammer and tap on the starter rhythmically while someone else starts your vehicle. As if just towing the car wasn't bad enough, the driver told the owner of the vehicle that he could not get his car back until it was "properly registered to him". It's a dealership vehicle. It is registered to him, and he has the right to drive it to make sure it is fully functional before selling it. He took off my flat tire then replaced the flat tire with my spare, which was also flat! The driver told me to go drive the car with the flat tire and air it up!
