I called other companies before calling buddy's and they all sounded dull and grumpy. Not your typical hate their life hate their job towing company, everyone seemed happy and ready to help. When you need a tow truck you are clearly having a bad day so customer service and the initial call are important to make the customer calm down and maybe even laugh. They told me 45 minutes and they were there in 20! Knowledgeable truck driver Phil went above and beyond for us and made sure we didn't get screwed over by the dealer ship. He was on our side from the beginning and might as well been our lawyer. He told us what he was doing every step of the way hooking up my new car to the truck and told us why he does certain things to be more secure but more gentle on my kind of car, he let us know that previous tow trucks had ripped and hooked the wrong spots and told us what to look out for if we ever had anyone else tow my car in the future. Super personable team and super great experience. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH do not go with any other towing companies in Daytona this is the best one along with extremely fair pricing. Thankyou buddy's towing and thankyou Phil, as a customer we all like when the employees are happy, nice and ready to help.

I would give Sand tow 5 stars for everything. If a tow truck could even do what he did, it would cost a whole lot more. It's pretty impressive they can pull you out so quickly, and the fee was more than fair, honestly when you factor in the cost for gas and insurance, major wear and tear on their trucks I honestly think they are not charging enough, they need to be paid a decent wage also. Thank you very much.

Rapidly losing air, I pulled in the parking lot and parked parallel to a car hauler to diagnose my issue. No speedco at this loves location, so I went inside and the nice girl in there recommended this company which is only a few miles away. The owner answered the phone, and I told him I blew a can... I then decided to reassess in case I was wrong, and I was, it was the valve underneath my catwalk. He told me he would have someone dispatched within an hour. I immediately called him back to tell him what it actually was, but he already knew! Hahaha!!! He said "Yeah I kind of figured that... Don't worry, we got it!" An hour later, almost to the minute, him and his wife pull up and one of the nicest lifted Black widow edition Chevy duallys I've ever seen in my life, and called my mechanic and asked him where he was, even though he wasn't even late yet! Super nice couple. Anyways they pulled off in a few minutes later my mechanic came and began wrenching to replace my valve. He had my valve changed out in about 20 minutes, literally 2 minutes before a torrential downpour started. He told me the owner was back on his way for me to remit payment. I waited a few minutes, and the owner and his wife came back, settled up my bill which was very very reasonable and I was on my way! From the time I made the call, to the time I paid my bill, just at 2 hours! There's only one other mechanic/shop that I have ever dealt with on this level. They are the Pinnacle of service, pricing, and efficiency. Can't thank you guys enough! I wish your mechanic would be able to follow me all over the country and assist with my breakdowns when I needed it hahaha!! I recommend everyone to use this company. I know in the slight chance that I'm down here again with an issue, I'll definitely be giving you guys a call! ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149.
