When I reached out to discuss correction I was received with attitude and criticism. When I went in to get my hair corrected, I was further met with attitude, disrespect, and ultimately disappointment. Furthermore, The business owner only wants cash but doesn't tell you that up front. She waited until she was rinsing out my color to tell me she only accepted cash. What they use the cash for is unknown, the salon is dirty and unkept, the bathroom never has hand soap, and the number of times my stylist picked up a hairbrush full of someone else's hair and used it on me made me sick. Not reliable, not hospitable, and not worth your time or money.

She has graciously helped me fix two or three mishap haircuts. Never again will I try someone new. She is hands down the best hairdresser EVER. A way to know she knows what she's doing is she has many out of town clients (I currently live in Houston) that make sure to make appointments ever time they're in town. She is always willing to squeeze me in when I make a last minute trip to EP. It is quiet, clean, and they stylist are professional and committed to pleasing their clients. My hair stylist's name is Mrs. Parker. My husband and have relocated, and I wanted to find someone who could do my hair who was conveniently located to where I live. Mrs. Parker is Amazing! She is all about HEALTHY HAIR! She provided me with a nice relaxer that left my hair extremely soft, manageable and bouncy. She took the time to oil my scalp. She is not expensive at all and she listens. She is a very kind hearted and beautiful lady. The barbers in the shop are friendly and they do AMAZING WORK TOO!
