Emily as the tech should have called me or her staff and let someone know she would not show up. I was told I would have another tech help me within 15 minutes. I waited half an hour more and then left. This is very poor customer service. Another time a kid, son of one of an employee, was screaming as if he was being hurt in the back in the employee lounge making my visit very uncomfortable.
