I had 2 little kids and other commitments later that day that had to be cancelled. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other day available to reschedule, but the receptionist wasn't helpful at predicting time to be seen either. The people behind and in front of me were getting irritated too since there was a major delay. The receptionist said this wait time is "normal". At any other reputable center I've ever been, this is NOT normal or Ok. Not a 2 hour wait. Horrible experience and they were not friendly or even apologized about the delay. I don't recommend any place that doesn't value others time, its disrespectful and unreliable, makes me wonder about their practice in general.

I want to start off by saying that I did NOT receive treatment at this facility. I had booked my…read moreappointment but did not go through with it because Kim (the nurse practitioner) was over one hour late to my appointment. Mind you I called to book my consultation and actual filler appointment well in advance. When I went to the consultation Kim was about one hour and fifteen minutes late for the appointment and didn't even apologize for her tardiness when she got to the room. I figured she was really busy and let it slide. She seemed relatively nice and showed me pictures of her work so I wanted to go ahead with treatment. I confirmed my filler appointment and told them I wanted to go in early because I was driving from about one hour away and had to be at work after my appointment. They said that was fine and they would bring me in early so I would be out early. I had my appointment set for two days later and was told to come at 10:30am because my injections arrived at that time and they didn't want me to wait. They said they like to inject their patients with fresh fillers. I arrived at 10:30am and was told I would be seen shortly. I was told this multiple times as I waited in the waiting room for OVER 1 HOUR AND FIFTEEN MINUTES!!!! When I asked when Kim would show up I was told she was busy and was running late and they didn't know when she would arrive. I don't understand why they would book me for an appointment at 10:30am if the NP wasn't even going to be there??!!! That makes no sense!!! Considering that my procedure was going to cost a couple thousand dollars I would expect them to at least be professional enough to show up on time!!! They aren't doing be a favor; I was going to pay a lot of money for this procedure. After the long wait I decided to leave and just book an appointment somewhere else. If you are looking for a place to get fillers/Botox that is professional DO NOT come here. They do not respect your time. The only positive is that the receptionist Ceci is very nice and sweet. She is the only thing this place has going for them.
