We first worked with Rick 6+ years ago when we moved into our home. He installed shutters in our bedrooms and office, and they've held up beautifully. I remembered how professional and on top of everything he was, so I reached out again when we needed blinds for our bedroom. Jeremy and Parker came out for measurements and made the whole process incredibly easy. They walked us through options, gave thoughtful suggestions, and provided an estimate. All in about 10-15 minutes. About two weeks later, they returned for installation and were done in under 5 minutes. Everything was seamless. The best part is how it turned out. It's exactly what we envisioned, if not better. We now have automated blinds in our bay window that give us privacy while still letting in light, and they look so clean in person. It ended up taking 4 weeks, but that was no problem for me. I actually had to reschedule the original install date because I was sick, and they were very understanding and accommodating of that. The guy who installed them was efficient and super clean. It took about 5 hours for him to mount all of the roller shades we got, and everything looks perfect! I got quotes from a couple other companies, and while Sunburst was about the same price as the other places, I ultimately chose them because I liked Kimball better than the other people I met with.
