Made us feel welcome and were trying to understand our wants and they took time to find the best deals possible. And telling us about entertainment showing us pictures online about the place and how hot it would be and were very friendly. We didnt book a holiday in the end as we changed our plans but they welcome you and treat you as part of a family.

There is a wealth of leaflets and maps available if you are planning a holiday in the area. The gift department is superb and well stocked. I sometimes come out of my way to buy Welsh gifts here as there is always such a good selection, including books, china, jewellery, tableware, candles, fridge magnets - you name it! It's also a great place to buy traditional carved wooden 'love spoons' which are still made here in Wales. In fact, I bought one last week!

There are a lot of local events and regular classes advertised here too and the staff that I've spoken to have always een really friendly and helpful. Worth visiting, for both visitors and locals.
