I don't know if the driver was capability-overwhelmed or having medical issues or what. All I know is that you should avoid this company until they have a serious and complete revamp. The bus was clean for the December 13-14, two-day trip. The bus driver didn't know where we were going, how to get there, or alternate routes. The bus driver didn't know his machine. He couldn't run the defogger without broiling the entire bus. He couldn't make the DVD player work. He couldn't activate reading lights. There was something else. The bus driver had never driven over mountains, in gusty winds, in snow, on ice, on snow, but -- AT LEAST HE DIDN'T HAVE CHAINS. That's okay, because he had never installed chains. Note: Chains are supposed to be carried by California law. He drifted from lane to lane -- towards oncoming traffic and crowding paralleling traffic. What should've been a six-hour, 350 mile leg devolved into a 13-hour ordeal. The two-day trip expanded into a three-day nightmare. Again, I don't know if the driver was capability-overwhelmed or having medical issues or what. Chartered some buses through these guys and they were great. First off, my fear was the quality of the buses, since they don't tell you which bus you get and the pictures on the website are not necessarily the bus you will get. The buses arrived on time and the busses were really new and nice. They both had CD and video systems and comfortable seats. The drivers were really nice as well and knew what they were doing. I walked through both buses at the end with the drivers to ensure there would be no additional cleaning fee. It was quite messy with food and garbage, but since there were no spills or vomit, we were good to go. read more

The company I work for has used Tourcoach at least once a year for our larger client events for a few years now. We have had great experiences- from the start of the booking process with Serge, the vehicles, on through to the drivers themselves. Serge has always been prompt and accommodating, so I should have written this review sooner! The tipping point for me was the two drivers we had last weekend- Lisa and Mr. Henry. Both were Fabulous! Professional and friendly, 100% on top of communication and planning for traffic issues beforehand, great drivers, and above and beyond courteous to our elderly clientele. Driving always takes a chunk of time here in LA, so a positive experience on the drive can really make or break these trips- I'm lucky Serge & Tourcoach make it so easy for us! read more

tourcoach drives the SF to LA (incl some sac, OC) line on FlixBus as their contracted carrier. On the routes using Tourcoach I have had good experience. I have chosen off peak times (the cheaper tickets). I suggest you do same. use flixbus site to reserve. click the little "i" information circle to see which company is actually driving you. Our university unfortunately contracts with this company for some of its transportation needs when our own buses are not available. This company has a spotty record of showing up on time and this morning, they didn't show up at all. I had a group of visiting executives with a planned company visit and a no show bus. When we called they "didn't know where their driver was" and provided no explanation. They didn't bother to send or even offer to send a replacement bus. We had to pull another bus from our university fleet as a last minute emergency and left for our destination 1 hour and 45 minutes late. Avoid using this company at all costs. read more

Hollywood Bowl needs to stop using this company for their shuttle service to the Hollywood Bowl. Customer service is horrible! They were scheduled to pick us up in West LA to shuttle us to the Hollywood Bowl. Tour coach busses were scheduled to arrive at 12 noon. They ended up being almost an hour and half late! They have everyone standing out in the warm sun waiting for these buses to show up risking us being late to the concert. I can see why you are losing contacts. You should be because your service sucks! Get it together tour coach! read more

I recently worked with Tourcoach for a group of 600 people and used 14 motorcoaches. The equipment was very good, the drivers excellent, we were not farmed out at all, and each day we got all 56 passengers buses which was critical. My thanks go to Farima and Serge for a great job. read more

I wasn't going to admit this to anybody, because I felt like such an ass. I lost my wallet last Friday on my way to Phoenix from L.A. I was so sad to get there, only to find out I had nothing. And since it was the weekend, I didn't have much luck contacting the right company. I felt defeated. So fast forward to today. The Flix driver on the way back had instructed me to call the company listed on my ticket when I got home. And so I did. Flix is a franchise business, with Tourcoach International as one of their operating companies. So once I got directed to the right people, they gave me the good news. THEY FOUND MY WALLET! They said, "We've been waiting for your call. We will mail this off to you right away." I am so grateful for my blessings! I want to give Tourcoach International five stars for their kindness in customer service, and their extra care for their customers too. I for sure will be riding Tourcoach every time I travel. They get and a great big THANK YOU!!! You guys are the true MVPs!!! read more

I will echo Gonzalo's review. I contracted with TourCoach for two buses and provided detailed directions for each. Both buses failed to follow those directions, which delayed both arrival and departure. Customer service is also questionable as due dates for payment seem to change on a whim rather than in accordance with the terms included in the agreement. TCS, LuxBus, Fast Deer Charters, or Pacific Charter Services are much more reliable charter companies. read more

Oscar, our bus driver, was quite the professional at all times. He was personable, helpful, and timely. He made sure everything ran smoothly. As well, it was a very luxurious tour bus and everyone on the ride was very pleased! Would definitely book them again and Oscar would certainly be our preference! Highly recommended! read more

This is my second year using TourCoach for my Annual Scholarship Fundraiser the fist year there were a few small issues but we dealt with them because the driver was very nice so continued on with our trip in hopes this year would be much better but it was actually worst matter of fact it was terrible. The driver arrival late so my guest waited in the cold approximately an extra hour, the bus was very dirty (seats, floors, trays) we were forced to accept limited cargo storage which made us stuff the inside of the bus. At the departure we had to accept the microphone cord wouldn't stay engaged, non-working phone charger plugs, a non-working DVD player. Safety is everything but we departed with worn/bald tires and a cracked rim at the wheel bolt! I reached out immediately to the 24 hour number and the the dispatch person lacked professionalism, I wrote a complaint to the GM and never got a response. Bad business I WOULD NOT Recommend this company to anyone they make promises and quote great service and don't deliver! read more
