You must order a hand pulled noodle here, and yes, these actually are hand made by knife and hand. Some places call themselves hand pulled but use a machine in the back which I argue should not be calling themselves hand pulled but maybe handmade. I recommend calling a soup noodle and a dry noodle to compare the flavors. We ordered a fried pig feet- this is actually not common because most places braise their pig feet.
