Appreciate that this location is so close to my house. They have a contact free check in which is cool, but I wish that once you checked in, it gave you a confirmation. I have been here for multiple x-rays and a few MRIs and 2 mammograms. Normally they get you in pretty quick especially when you have an appointment and today was no different. The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable getting my mammogram. My tech, I forgot her name, answered my questions, and made sure I understood each step of the process. I am absolutely never going back to Touchstone again. I have been going there for 25+ years and my tests have always been resulted either the same day or early the next morning. I am awaiting critical results and they are telling me because the radiologists are short staffed, It may take 5 Days to get the results. This is sooo wrong!!! Especially when it is a critical test. Horrible customer service! Called yesterday to schedule a follow up X-ray my dr ordered. The person said I didn't need an appointment. I asked for the hours for this location she said 7 am. I walked in and there was only 1 person in the waiting room. The person who helped me said I would have to wait a long time and gave me attitude when I was upset. I work in Dallas so I stayed in town this morning and came here very early to be told something completely different than yesterday. I was told yeah we complain that they won't take an appointment fit X-rays. Nice! Then another gentleman came in, 3 people at the front counter. One of the workers flat told him to step back as someone would call him when they were available. No one was doing anything but this rude person wouldn't help him. Then the same person told him to scan the QR code to check in after she told him to scoot back and wait. None of these ladies should have this job if they can't be nice to the customers. I'm telling my dr office about this as I'm sure they send lots of referrals here. I'll never be back!!! read more

I've had great service so far. I've been here twice. It was easy to make an appt and reschedule to fit two scans back to back. They were polite and kind to me. In all transparency, I was polite and kind to them as well. If you want to know what horrible service is, go the the Veterans Affairs VA and try to make an appt with a scan. It is by far the worst thing a person can experience. There is no accountability of staff. Most of the time things are lost and it's a minimum 3 months for a scan. Definitely 5 stars here! read more

Ron took great care of me as I had to have a MRI scan without dye & another one with die on my brain! I had a TBI about 19 years ago and was scared & nervous! Ron was so patient and helpful with me! I am a little mad. Went to Touchstone Imaging in Burleson, TX today to get a Cat-scan done on my kidneys at 12:32pm on 6/08/21. At first when I rolled in everything was fine. Until the lady at the front desk told me that I have to wear a mask for them to treat me. I then tell them I cannot due to my disability. They then forced me to show my medical waver from my doctor stating due to my compromised resperatory system and PTSD. That I can't wear one. They then told me that I had to exit the building. This is medical tyranny. I did comply in leaving and did not get my scan done. I should have had them call the Police. If people continue to allow this to happen and don't stand up to this medical tyranny. They will continue to do it. read more

When I called on Friday to schedule my appointment Brianne was kind and explained everything to me (that a medical history questionnaire would be emailed to me if I needed to complete one and that I needed to be fasting. She was able to schedule my appointment for Tuesday morning (note she offered Monday mid morning but I wanted something earlier since I needed to be fasting). When I arrived for my 9am appointment at 8:45am I was greeted by the reception desk, the lady quickly checked me in and asked me to have a seat in the waiting area. Within a couple minutes I was called back. I was nervous about the test I was going to have done so Stephanie my technician was kind and explained things to me. She also chatted in answer to my questions to help me feel more relaxed. Stephanie also advised approximately how long before I should expect the results, explaining that it would be a few days since the test had to be read. The facility inside was clean looking and the waiting area was comfortable. This was the 4th time I had used Touchstone Imaging for various tests and I've always been pleased with the service. read more

Since moving to Crowley and now Burleson I've been here a handful of times and have always had a great experience. No one enjoys having to get these procedures done but they make it as comfortable as they can. My doctor has always been able to get me in for my procedure quickly and that's great when your worried about your health. Before Covid hit they would always have fresh baked cookies and coffee setting out for their patients. They seem to get your results in quickly so you don't have to spend to long stressing about whatever your needing answers for. read more

The CT scan that i had done was read grossly incorrectly. It came back as "normal," but completely missed my cancer that would have been treatable with radiation. The next follow up scan showed stage 4 cancer and needed chemotherapy. All that could have been prevented if read correctly. They are great when it comes to mammograms. They even do the 3D type. However, when it comes to X-Rays the Tech is rarely available. I went once in the morning hours and the Tech didn't come in that day. I went once during the afternoon and the Tech was out to lunch. I went once during the evening and the Tech had left early. Though the imaging itself and location is nice all other aspects of this company are TERRIBLE. I was told the procedure was not covered by my insurance and had to pay 100% up front. Insurance requested medical records to process the claim, it has been 9 months and I have called & emailed their medical records department, called their billing department (who has flat out lied to me telling me that she will have someone call me back, that they tried calling back but no voicemail box was set up and that my records were sent to the insurance for review a month ago, all of which are blatant lies). Kudos to Maggie your billing supervisor for lying to patients. DO NOT go here. If you do, do not pay them anything until you check with your insurance. You will not get your money back and there will be zero incentive for their medical records or billing team to help you since they have been paid for what they did. I have spent so much time on the phone with them and my insurance I am well beyond the crazy amount I already paid them. This place is a joke. read more

We're still in the mask mandate climate of Covid. This is not being enforced. Even the employees behind their desks serving patients rarely wear a mask. The billing department is awful. I was told I had a $95.00 copay ( which I paid). The remainder was to be billed to my insurance who paid most of it (ultrasound). I was not supposed to be billed for anything else. I've now gotten a bill for the remainder of what my insurance didn't pay. It is customary for the insurance to discount the bill & whatever the insurance pays to be accepted as payment. Not so with this place. Beware. Take your business elsewhere. The Better Business Bureau has tons of complaints about this place for this very thing. read more

Went there to get an XRay, after the initial OKs to share information and then confirming my insurance, the person at the desk said that will be $120 upfront. Said no thanks, cancel appointment, and I walked. The sad thing is, it isn't about the money. It is about the ambush tactics of getting you in the office and then springing the over charge on you. They had all of the information a week before I went in, they even contacted me by phone to set the appointment. They person at the desk knew the amount they wanted to charge immediately when I walked in the door, so why not discuss the upfront payment in the initial phone call? I read other Yelp comments here about this place, thankfully I was only going in for something minor, those folks that Touchstone missed their cancer the first time ... Geez I'll deal with my pain for another week or so, then find a different provider. read more

When they contacted the insurance for approval they entered the incorrect code so the incorrect procedure was approved. When I discovered it I had to get involved and get everything straightened out myself. When I finally went in to get the procedure done the tech was the absolute worst person I have ever met in the health care industry. Very rude, very condescending and felt like she should not have to deal with patients, also gave me the impression she was felt she was entitled. Then later on I received a bill from the billing department even though I had already paid when I had the procedure done. Office staff and Doctors are great, but they need a new billing department. First time we visited they try to charge over $100. I had to call their billing department and get a refund because all we were suppose to pay was a deductible. Next visit they did it again. Word of advice if you think you are being overcharged or not charged right and you have insurance tell them to bill you to your residence and let your insurance handle the problem. I've never had such a bad experience at a Touchstone imaging, until I came to the one in Burleson. I brought my mother age of 60, for an MRI at this location. The MRI technician Jennifer was beyond rude and refused to give my mom her hand when she was unable to stand up from the table/bed. Instead she gave her a chair to lean on, which was sliding as she tried to stand up. The fact this MRI technician put my moms life in danger by possibly making her fall has me speechless. I can't wait to speak to the office manager and have this issue resolved. read more

Just went for a sono. I had to wait over an hour for an appointment they told me to arrive 15 minutes early for. Then I get pulled back by a VERY rude tech! She said my name extremely snarky when she called me and then she went into a mini tirade about how she was sorry that we all (patients) decided to show up at once. I told her that's how I was scheduled. She then proceeded to tell me she didn't have anything to do with that. I'm telling you, this is THE worst experience I've had here and I've been to this location several times before. I'll definitely think twice before coming back or recommending. I would have left and given her a piece of my mind, had I not needed the important sono. Even the receptionist was rude and uncaring! I know it's a Saturday, but my time is precious too and if you don't want patients to come in, don't offer to schedule them on that day! Patients who come in need help and are at your mercy. I went for a scan the end of September I was told that my part was 239.00 and I had to pay then. I am still waiting as of today 11/15/2016 for my refund. I have called 3 times requesting my refund.
