Getting ready for a Presidents Day Camp!
    Christine H.

Fantastic training facility! All of the staff from front desk to trainers are super friendly and amazing at what they do. We've attended the afternoon training session and now a camp and I am impressed with all of it. It's perfect for players of any age as long as the kids are serious about soccer. They even have a coffee bar and snacks!

Very expensive, and not well organized at times. Maybe they are still working out the kinks.

Our daughter and son have developed so much under Coach Reza, Coach E, Coach Chris and Coach Cliff. Very Professional and responsible coaches and institute. Perfect place to leave your kids to be trained there. I am thankful to be part of this program and big thank you lyceum for giving my kids the opportunity to grow as a player as well!!!! Reza is very accommodating and really cares about teaching the game. His emphasis is always on learning and improving vs winning at all costs. I appreciate that. He cares and supports every kid and makes everyone feel welcome. Very experienced coaches, which helps a lot with upgrading your game and your skills. Thank you Lyceum. I highly recommend it!!

The basketball courts were definitely put in as an after thought to maximize the amount of courts for the small location. So many teams, young kids 4th and 5th grade would hit the roof / support beams while shooting. Tournament directors need to beware of the subpar courts with Lyceum Village as there are so many better options like OGP, AIm, The Map, and Momentus which is only a block away.

Shark and Stingray were not. : ) Bionerds staff are like unicorns because they're so good with children and knowledgeable about their teachings. It takes passion to do this. We cannot wait to attend their Field Trip event and attending future classes/camp! It is not often you get to see real shark and stingray being dissected! It is located right on the corner with First St. & Pacific with plenty of parking in the front. They have classes in different cities, school and do private party, and birthday party. Communication from staff is inconsistent, policies are unclear, and parents are given conflicting information depending on who they speak with. After being told one thing in person by staff, I later spoke with Liz, who provided completely different information with no acknowledgment of the earlier guidance. As a result, a reasonable request regarding already-paid classes was denied due to staff miscommunication. When I was at the gym in person, I specifically asked to speak with the manager, Taylor, but she refused to come out and instead said she would call me. That call never happened. The lack of accountability and follow-through only added to the frustration. We have been members for over two years and currently have another child enrolled, yet there was no flexibility or effort to resolve the situation fairly. For a business that serves families and children, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this gym based on how poorly concerns are handled.

And we're checking with the reception every week to see if it is her turn. For 6 month every week the reception lady said my daughter is number 1 in the wait list. Very disappointing! How can she see me every week asking and they don't bother to make a call or text when it is my daughter's turn. Now probably it will take another 6 months of wait because she is number 2 on the waitlist! Seriously no sense of customer care for these kids and no respect for parents at this business!
